You know, I was having similar thoughts.

Irons I could see donning The Shadow's duds. "Who knows what evil lurks in the hearts of men? Me! I put it there!"

Hip-Hop Ian I could see as a skate punk. Baggy jeans hanging off his ... uh ... hips, black (of course - though we know MVIan prefers reddish-orange ;) boxers exposed to the world, unlaced brand-named sneakers threatening to trip him at any moment, peirced eyebrow, black dragons sweatshirt (though *not* from Wal Mart)...

Sara I could see donning a Supergirl costume as a joke.

Jake I could see using the excuse to wear a wet suit and carry around his surfboard, dude.

I think Gabe would go for the intellectual costume: some member of the Bulgarian royalty no one had ever heard of, then spend the entire evening trying to pick up chicks by telling the long story of who he's supposed to be.

Danny I think would go for the "dress the whole family as a theme" thing. Maybe a biker gang. Or the Wizard of Oz characters (can't decide if he'd be the tin man or the cowardly lion. Mija would be an eye-rolling Dorothy, and Lee would be Glinda. If Sara tagged along, you know Danny'd make her be the wicked witch of the west).
