By the way, Poruchik, do you know that 'a berry' in Polish means 'jagoda'? If you read 'Archipelago Gulag', perhaps you remember that Henry Jagoda, the main chief of NKVD, also liked to speculate and make up stories about espionage for open trials in the beginning of 1930s.
