We face a similar situation in TDR currently, everyone seems to have just vanished for some reason - maybe it's a seasonal thing?

Maybe after your meeting, we can get together and talk about some more inter-guild activities, as the times I have spent journeying with NW guild members have been enjoyable and believe we may be able to mutually benefit.

Just a suggestions, do with it as you wish.
