One thing though... a lot of people seem to be unaware of how GGS actually works...

Sure power hours will be a thing of the past - but normal skill gains are not. Skill gains as in the ones you make now out of powerhour is what it'll be like all the time. The only difference is that GGS will be sitting in the background to ensure you dont go without a gain in a skill if you've been madly using it all week/month/year.

As far as I'm aware, 8x8 will still work however you need a sucessful use of a skill to maybe get a gain rather than mindlessly sailing in powerhour gaining on both successes and failures. That's the sum of the change - You'll only have the chance to gain on successful use of a skill now!

But, as you rightly pointed out - powerhour's no longer an excuse not to attend adventures with your friends anymore... so perhaps the age of solo training has passed and we'll see a lot more of each other in the realm :)
