Absolutely. Install Miranda IM, it can import your ICQ2002a contacts from the ICQ server. There is a plugin for Miranda called UINBackup Version 0.4.1, which saves them onto your hard-drive as a *.clb file which is the format needed for trillian to import the list. I know it's a round-about way, but with Miranda only a 350kb download and the plugin I mentioned only 24kbs, well, only takes a matter of 5 mins to get it done.
