(click "ftp" or "http". There is 'dcu210b.lzh', you need lha.exe or extracter of .lzh archive)

or DITT.EXE(in M88TOOLS for AT)

Sorry, on PC, I don't know how to physical format FD for PC-9801's 1.25M FD.
And, clean PC-9801US can't read 1.44M FD.
