Subject: 94 saturn sc2 stereo dash opening,will it fit a 99saturn sc2 stereo

Hi, To Whom It May Concern,
I have a 1994 saturn sc2 and my cusin has a 1999 saturn sc2
and what I would like to know is if his car stereo will fit my 94 saturn sc2 stereos dash opening. His stereo in his 99
has an equalizer and a tape deck & cd changer controls(all on recievers face) with a 12 disc cd changer in the trunk.
His stereo is the stock GM stereo that came with the car.
he wants to give it to me but I dont know if it will fit my car can you please help me by letting me know if his radio
