Subject: Ferral waited for Astrotrain to finish his conversation with the Sol Congress Representaive.

"Sir," I asked clearing my throat. Astrotrain was busier then ever. The Sol Congress's new offices were being set up and right at that moment Astrotrain was disscussing matters with one of the Reps about the amount of credits the congress was still willing to pay the AOD for their service.

"Yes I understand, Congressman Alton. But the AOD is now in the services of others as well, we need to have a down payment of at least 24 thousand....Well no, I suppose the CLE, or is it now the CEL, will beable to deal with your problems as nessary. But as I've said before, you can't tell just how soft an Autobot...No sir, I mean no disrespect of you or the Congress, but as I've said...Yes I understand. Very well! If you please now Congressman I have an officer to see. Good Day to you." Astrotrain said as he killed the link on the console, "And good riddance.

Then he looked up at me, and gave a tense smile. "Well what can I do for you Ferral?"

"Sir, I was hoping to get your agreement to allow me to take the recuites and teach them something about investation of a missing person." I said, and watched his optics glance over the data pad I had just given him. More then obvious he wasn't pleased, but to my suprise he signed it and handed it back over.

"Do me a favor Captian, when you do find your Commander, bring her back in one peice." he said with a dark look, "So that I may tear into her myself."

"Sir, I'm not sure what you're..." he cut me off. A chilly look washed over his gray face and pointed out that Dark Star should be here, rather then out galavanting all over the cosmos. As he so tactfully put it, 'She owes it to the AOD to do her job. This isn't about her search for that idiot, she knows her place as a leader, and I've about had it with her racing off like this. It's high time she either buckle down or give her postion to someone who can handle the job.'

With that he dismissed me from the room, and I watched as he went back to the computer screen.
