Subject: "Well I got the the Okay...so were off..."
In reply to: Captian Ferral 's message, "Ferral waited for Astrotrain to finish his conversation with the Sol Congress Representaive." on 10:07:49 04/29/02 Mon

I walked out of Astrotrain's office and headed right where I had left Vera and Arsnic. Both were standing and talking, which was a good thing.

"Okay I have the okay, and were going to take off." I said as I displayed our maping, and documents.

"Uhhhhh....'zackly where are we going again?" Arsnic asked me, and I explained to her once more that we were heading out to find our Commander, Dark Star.

"Her last where abouts were on Starbase Rugby...Or so her badge locater indicated. And then poof, she just vanished. So consider this a high priority case ladies. Maybe the biggest you'll ever be on." I said gushing like a school girl. I can never explain to anyone why it is that I get so exicited when I have a new case. But to my relief neither said anything about the way my voice started to squeak like a mouse.

Arsnic seemed intriged by the idea of heading for Rugby, while Vera was harder to read. I couldn't tell if it was a sense of nastalga, or a sense of mourning, that washed over her face when I mentioned the last postion of Dark Star.

In either case I decided we best head for a ship, and take off as quickly as possible. There wasn't a moment to spare.
