Subject: First Anniversary Of The 84th Engineer Battalion Association, Vietnam

Today is August 1, 1999. the association was formed on august 1, 1998 by Paul Farley. Paul serves as our President with Paul Bylin as Vice President and Dan Toomey as Board Member. I just want to say Happy Birthday 84th Vietnam. Thanks to all of the members who have joi9ned and support the Association.
