Subject: Vacation Finds

Spent the week at my parents place in Ocala, Fla. Really didn't have too much time to detect. On the transit I always try to travel rural America by taking two lane roads. I hate the Interstates with their blandness and trucks. Stopped in Stark Fla. where they execute people. Stark I was suprised was quite old. The scene..Drum roll please a man and his little boy detecting the curbsides next to an old cobblestone road on a residential street. He stops kneels down and cuts a plug he starts to dig. He looks like he's dug deep at least six in. down. Sir what did you find? Why it's a dime. Wow I did'nt know those machines worked so well and can find money. What year? Well it's only a 1986. ...Cut.. See if I had a digital camera and a new computer I could show you this scene. Income tax check is coming. Negotiations are under way with the little woman. Did manage to find a ring. Stop and think how hard it is to lose a ring. Better yet a half dollar. Hope all is well...Wheat..
