Ok, if you all covered this on the board before, sorry for bringing it up again....

Who is Fox and how is he Julian and Ivy's son? I have watched Passions from the very beginning and they said that Ethan had three (3) sisters and no brothers...someone have a sex change? Did they forget that they had another son? Remember about the loss of the Crane heir when it was found out that Ethan was a Bennett?

I am hugely confused

LMBO! You are so right! I completely forgot about the whole hullabaloo regarding the loss of a Crane heir, and ya know what, I bet JER (the headwriter) forgot about it too, LOL. I don't remember anybody EVER mentioning Julian and Ivy's children. I just knew that Ethan was not their only one. I wish I had an explanation, but I don't. I think it's one of those cases where they just decided to rewrite a little bit of history and assumed nobody would notice.

Well, actually, it was mentioned way in the beginning of the show that Julian and Ivy had two sons and two girls. Unfortunately, one of the sons turned out to be Ivy's son with Sam.

Then, somewhere along the line, they made this huge to do about Ethan not being a Crane, and saying that they lost the Crane heir. But maybe they just meant that Ethan was suppose to be the chosen child to inherit all the riches.

Anyhoo, that's all I know. I'm sure it's always been two sons becuz I wrote my first Kay and Miguel fan fic based on Ivy and Julian's other son. And that was nearly three years ago.

I remember in the very beginning that they had other children.. but the exact number and gender I couldn't tell. I thought the whole thing about losing the Crane heir was because all of Julian and Ivy's other children were incompetent like Julian. Cause didn't they want to pass over Julian and go straight to Ethan at some point.. then it turned out the only reason Ethan was competent was because he was not a Crane at all.
