The truth is there is more evidence of the existence of extraterrestrials then there is for the existence of God. There have been many recent eyewittness accounts of UFOs. Anyone seen God lately? However, I do believe in God. Why? Because absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. Do I believe my distant uncle, Jesus, was the son of God? In a manner of speaking, yes (Matthew 13:55). But, I also believe he was the genetic son of Joseph, King de jure of Judaea. **Fundamentalism** (There is nothing fun about fundamentalism) Jesus was voted a "God" by the Council of Nicea in 325AD. The present Bible was put together in 367AD and those who chose what books were to go in it were the disciples of the teachings of Paul, Saul of Tarsus, and thereby chose books that reflect Paul's ideology. The earliest Gospel is considered to be that of Mark. Mark's Gospel is considered to have been written between 66A.D. and 74A.D. either during or shortly after the jewish revolt. I have a very different idea of bible history from the norm taught every sunday. It's not the typical fundamentalist resurrection idea. In much of fundamentalist teaching a literal interpretation of the Bible is required, not allowing for the possibility that many Bible stories were written by persons who were at an event but put pen to paper many years after the event had occurred. Many more stories were surely written by scribes being dictated to by persons who were at an event, but many years had passed since the event or, handed down as oral history. This is not even to mention the possibility of intentional changes being made to a story to make one's self or one's family group or tribe look good or another tribe look bad or, to have one's own point of view, such as that of Saul of Tarsus, be put forward in place of the truth. Therefore, in the fundamentalist doctrine, any attempt to even discuss the possibility that any part of the Bible is inaccurate is viewed as an act of the Devil and, the inquisitive person is viewed as an instrument of the Devil. It is an attitude that crosses into the level of the insane. The Bible, as it exists today, is a product of not only an arbitrary selective process but of drastic editing, censorship and revision. In 'Holy Blood, Holy Grail' a story of how one Professor Morton Smith of Columbia University discovered a letter containing a missing fragment of the Gospel of Mark in a monastery near Jerusalem in 1958, pages 318 to 321. In a letter from an early church father, Bishop Clement of Alexandria, to one Theodore. Commenting on Theodores suppression of a Gnostic sect that was interpreting certain passages of the Gospel of Mark. He writes **"You did well in silencing the unspeakable teachings of the Carpocratians. For these are the "wandering stars" referred to in the prophecy, who wander from the narrow road of the commandments into a boundless abyss of the carnal and bodily sins. For, priding themselves in knowledge, as they say, "of the deep (things) of Satan," they do not know that they are casting themselves away into "the nether world of the darkness" of falsity, and, boasting that they are free, they have become slaves of servile desires. Such (men) are to be opposed in all ways and altogether. For, even if they should say something true, one who loves the truth should not, even so, agree with them. For not all true (things) are the truth, nor should that truth which (merely) seems true according to human opinions be preferred to the true truth, that according to the faith." In the following Clement goes on to discuss the "misuse" of the Gospel of Mark by the Carpocratians. "(As for) Mark, then, during Peter's stay in Rome he wrote (an account of) the Lord's doings, not, however, declaring all (of them), nor yet hinting at the secret (ones), but selecting those he thought most useful for increasing the faith of those who were being instructed. But when Peter died as a martyr, Mark came over to Alexandria, bring both his own notes and those of Peter, from which he transferred to his former book the things suitable to whatever makes for progress towards knowledge (gnosis). (Thus) he composed a more spiritual Gospel for the use of those who were being perfected. Nevertheless, he yet did not divulge the things not to be uttered, nor did he write down the hierophantic teaching of the Lord, but to the stories already written he added others and, moreover, brought in certain sayings of which he knew the interpretation would, as a mystagogue, lead the hearers into the innermost sanctuary of that truth hidden by seven (veils). Thus, in sum, he prearranged matters, neither grudgingly nor incautiously, in my opinion, and, dying, he left his composition to the church in Alexandria, where it even yet is most carefully guarded, being read only to those who are being initiated into the great mysteries. But since foul demons are always devising destruction for the race of men, Carpocrates, instructed by them and using deceitful arts, so enslaved a certain presbyter of the church in Alexandria that he got from him a copy of the secret Gospel, which he both interpreted according to his blasphemous and carnal doctrine and, moreover, polluted, mixing with the spotless and holy words utterly shameless lies." Clement acknowledges the authenticity of the secret Gospel of Mark. "To them (the Carpocratians), therefore, as I said above, one must never give way, nor, when they put forward their falsification, should one concede that the secret Gospel is by Mark, but should even deny it on oath. For "not all true (things) are to be said to all men."** It should be remembered that Bishop Clement did not intend for this letter to be read by anyone but Theodore. Thanks to the monks in the monastery we now have this important document to show us how the New Testament was rewritten, added to and subtracted from to be the book it is today. If the Bible has been rearranged, it can not be said to be inerrant. Therefore which sections of the New Testament can we trust as being "untampered with, unsullied, untarnished?" It seems to me with this knowledge, much of the N.T. must be suspect. For more insight I recommend reading 'Bloodline of The Holy Grail', by Laurence Gardner. Before 1066AD Perers came from Periers, now Ferrieres-Haut-Clocher, near Evreux, Normandy. Calvert St., Baltimore, Md. 21202, pages 360-361.) It seems that Budic I, was the Great Great Grandson of Argant the Prince of Brittany, France (Reference,'The Plantagenet Ancestry' by Lt.-Col. W.H. Turton, same publisher, page 188.) It also seems that Prince Argant is the descendant, Great x 25 grandson, of James, the younger brother of Jesus Christ. On Post 323 A:, it was shown in Burke's book, 'THE GENERAL ARMORY' of heraldic arms and dignities that "ADAM DE CHARLETON, lord of the manor of Charleton, in Tyndale, co Northumberland, A.D. 1303," bore the Arms of, "Or, a lion ramp. gu." This of course means 'Or, a lion rampant, gules.'

The term 'Or' is the color gold. It's usually represented by the color yellow. A lion rampant is a lion when standing erect with head in profile, one fore paw raised above the other and one hind paw raised from the ground. The term used to represent the color Red is the word Gules. Thus one has a red lion standing erect on one back paw upon a yellow (gold) shield.

Consequently these are the same arms as those borne by John Charleton, 1st Baron Cherleton.

On the wiki page it describes the arms as, "Traditional Coat of Arms of the de la Pole and de Charleton families. Or, a lion Gules armed and langed Azure."
Wikipedia fails to mention the position of the lion, which is rampant.

"Armed and langed Azure" just means the lion's claws (armed) and tongue (langed) are blue (Azure). It's a minor difference and one that might have been added at a later date.

But what this evidence indicates is that Adam De Charleton was the son of John Charleton, 1st Baron Cherleton of Powis (Powys) Wenwynwyn (1268-1353).

These were originally the Arms of the Welsh House of Mathrafal, a cadet branch of the Royal House of Dinefwr.
These Arms were achieved by Baron John Charleton by his marriage to Hawise Gadarn (the Hardy) on July 26 1309, daughter of Owain ap Gwenwynwyn, who had changed his name to Owen de la Pole. Owen was the last Welsh Prince of Powys Wenwynwyn. He was Prince until 1283 when it, the title, was abolished by an act of the Parliament of Shrewsbury.

As was stated earlier Burke's book gives Adam De Charleton's date as 1303. The marriage of John Charleton to Hawise is given as 1309. Thus either the date of Adam's birth is wrong or, Hawise bore John Charleton a son some six years before their marriage, which is possible. One would have expected Adam's birth to have been in 1310 or later. If Adam had been born to another woman before his father's marriage to Hawise he, Adam, would have had no right to bare the Arms of the House of Mathrafal.

John Charleton, 1st Baron Cherleton was succeeded by his son John Charleton, 2nd Baron Cherleton. This would seem to indicate Adam De Charleton was a second son. Unless Adam was marginalized due to the circumstance of his birth. In no other country but England are illegitimate children treated with such distain. The nobility, and in particularly the Royalty, treat the most innocent with such great dishonor, all while failing to take responsibility for their own actions. They instead chose to heap the responsibility for their own sins and crimes upon the head of the newborn child. As if it were a scapegoat.

John Charleton, 2nd Baron Cherleton was given the lordship of Powis. While his apparently elder brother Adam was given a lesser possession at Hesleyside, Northumberland.

The Charleton family of Hesleyside became Border Reivers. These were raiders along the English-Scottish border. This was an area of great lawlessness where people lived by their sword and their wits. They had to be constantly ready to do battle. They lived in this state of readiness from the late 13th century to the beginning of the 17th century.

A descendant of the Charleton's in the line of John Charleton, 2nd Baron Cherleton sold the estate of Powis and the title to a member of the Herbert family in the fifteen hundreds (1500's). The Crown of England and English law claims today that at title of nobility may not be sold. So which is it? It must be either one way or the other.

I am connected to this as a descendant. Colonel Edmund Scarborough (1617-1671) married Mary Ann or Ann Carleton, daughter of Captain Edward Charleton.

Thus: I hereby claim or reclaim the title of the Baron of Powis (Powys) for the Charleton Family, and or the Baronetcy of Hesleyside, Northumberland.

The two main branches of the Charleton or Charlton family are from the areas of Pawis, in North Wales. And from Hesleyside and Hexham in Northumberland. As I stated in Post 320 A: Idiocracy, part 4.

The ancient Romans had the Cult of the Emperors, in which the Emperor would be worshiped as a god. One can argue the case that when a person acquires wealth in the billions of dollars range they become virtually untouchable by law or government. Todays "Cult of the Emperors" could be referred to as the "Cult of the Wealthy."

Take the case of USBC Bank. Found guilty by the U.S. Government of laundering drug money. Yet not one single person went to jail. I am aware that this is a bank and not a person. Wait a minute, does not the Citizens United decision of 2010 (US Supreme Court 558) equate corporations to be persons? And let's face it, anyone who has a billion dollars or more becomes an entity and not person. Large businesses depend on their money to make more money.

Such persons could be considered a kind of "Emperor." In a manner of speaking. There are only so many slices to the wealth pie. To twist and subvert the tax laws to allow the "Emperors" to have more means someone has to pay more for the loss in tax revenue. That someone is always the middle class. The poor can't pay it since they have very little income to start with. The poor pay it in loss of government services. Thus the wealthy get a bigger slice of the wealth pie. And the middle class have to settle for an ever smaller slice of pie. Even to the point where they and their families are starving. All so the fat, wealthy bastard at the end of the table can have half the pie to himself. Two hundred and sixty eight thousand of,(268,000), the middle class have to split the other half of the pie. If one considers Mr. Slim's slice of pie.

As I had stated in a previous Post on www.voy.com/40560/ the term "middle class" has been stretched to infinity. Most people in the United States that are being called middle class are now actually the working poor.

I had found on a site this:
"In 1968 U.S. Minimum wage was $1.60 (a hour). If it had kept up with income growth & distribution overall, it would now be $21.16 per hour. Instead it's $7.25."

It seems that just like in the South after the Civil War, with the establishment of Jim Crow laws that were put in place to lockup black people for little or no reason in order for the State Governments of the South to hire them out for labour in a manner to continue the institute of slavery under another name, the Republican Politicians have figured out a way to enslave the majority of the population these United States Of America. The Nation they have created has now become laughingly known as "the land of the free."

To those who consider themselves Christians, particularly if they are Republicans. They should take a good look at my Post 320 A:.

As I stated in that post, in the days of the ancient Christians in the first and second century A.D., Christians would go to their death by the lions in the arena rather than call Emperors like Nero a god. The United States being the new Rome. The Christians of today are much different than their ancient predecessors of the same name. Todays Christian, especially if he/she is a Republican, is very much in favor of the "Cult of the Emperors." They are in favor of the billionaire 'Business Emperors' giving campaign money to Republican Political Pacts to have tax laws favor them and their businesses, even if those businesses are overseas. And put the majority of the tax burden on the back of the already struggling and what is now laughably called the "middle class."

Yes friends, todays Christian is in favor of calling Carlos Slim and Bill Gates a "business god." And taking the lash of the tax man upon their own backs, even if it means their own children have to do without, rather than the backs of the "Business GODS."

Is it just me? Or does todays Christian seem like a whimpering, crying, begging coward? Or are they just deluded fools who only watch Fox News and listen to Rush Limbaugh? I truly think when they realize what is being done to them they have no idea what to do about it. They don't want to join the Democrats, who are so liberal in some areas that it makes one nauseous. Only they can solve this one. Perhaps a new party would do. One, unlike the Tea Party, that has not been co-opted by the Republican Party.


To another point. I am well aware of the fact that the Free Trade Agreement has forbidden the use of tariffs. But, has the Free Trade agreement worked for the average American? Prior to NAFTA the U.S. had a trade surplus with Mexico. It had turned into a $91 billion deficit by 2007. It has turned into a $190 billion deficit with Canada and Mexico together in 15 years. That is an increase of 691% in deficit as compared to the $24 billion deficit we had with Canada prior to NAFTA. More than 20% of the higher paying manufacturing jobs have been lost in the U.S. due to NAFTA alone.

It seems obvious given the statistics that the average citizens of the U.S. has been lies to and cheated by Big Business and the U.S. Government, even when it was under Democratic control by democrats such as Bill Clinton.

They, of course, are still lying and cheating. That's what they do. There's a lot to said for the wealthy. Let's hope it's said in time.

Tonight I will start by correcting a misconception. In my last post (319 A:) I spoke of "supervisory overreach" and the hesitancy to use any force in Law Enforcement. This should be viewed only in a workplace situation. As for myself, off duty, I carry a fire arm. If someone should wrongheadedly accost me off duty they might get something considerably more than being sprayed with mace.

I also in post 319 A: often wrote "wealth" when I meant to write "wealthy."

'The Cult of the Wealthy'

Recently I had been engaged in some studies of Ancient Rome. I had noticed the ancient early Christians were in opposition to the Cult of the Emperors. The Cult of the Emperors was based in the idea, probably taken from Egypt, that the Emperor was a living god.

In case you hadn't noticed, it seems the United States has taken the place of Ancient Rome. But, with one very big difference. In our U.S.A. Rome those who call themselves Christians are very much in favor of the Cult of The Emperors! Oh yes, my dear reader, very much so.

What was an Emperor? An Emperor was nothing more than an extremely successful nobleman, a.k.a Patrician. In Roman times a nobleman was called a 'Patrician,' a common free man was called a 'Plebeian.'

Todays Christian has the same Cult, only now one might call it 'The Cult of the Wealthy.' The common everyday right wing, Republican voting Christian has had it drilled into him/her by Fox News that "Rich people are Good," and "Poor people are Bad." "But the rich are the job creators," they repeat over and over and over again. Yes, but the jobs the Rich are creating are in China, India, and South Korea.

The ancient Christians went to the lions rather than call Nero a god.

I wonder what the Christians of old would think of the Christians of new? I do not think they would be impressed. I certainly do not think the Christians of old would be proud of the Christians of the new.

It seems to me the new Christians have new gods. They seem to worship the Dollar Bill, Fox News, and the Republican Party. In that particular New World Order.

I had neglected to mention in Post 318 A:, 'Imagine yourself a P.O.S.T. Certified Law Enforcement Officer, using mace.'

I'm sure you all must have noticed the United States sinks deeper into debt with China while the keepers of the flame (Congress and the Senate) pull up there pants.

The Republican want to cut Social Security claiming falsely that "it's those old people taking to much money out of the system." Yet they will almost chew off their own arm than to raise taxes on the wealthy. The wealth have gotten a lot wealthier in the last fifteen years, mostly by cutting jobs in the U.S.A. and sending them to China. Yet the Republicans shield them.

Let's face it, a $400,000 a year income is not middle class. I would have liked to have seen taxes go up on anyone making above $150,000 a year. Instead what we got was a 2% tax hike on everybody with the elimination of the payroll tax holiday. I'm sure loopholes have been put in place to allow those making above $400,000 a year to get out of it without paying a dime more. Thus screwing the rest of us, which was what the Fiscal cliff charade was truly all about. The middle class pays. The Wealthy do not pay. Congress and the Senate lies to the middle class. The United States sinks deeper into debt with China. China provides large sums of money to the Wealthy, Congress and the Senate.

I have kind of worked out a scenario.
Imagine that you represent the middle class. You girl friend/ boy friend is the American Industrial Complex. Congress and the Senate are the superintendant and the apartment manager of your building.
Your girl friend leaves you, telling you she has found somebody else, China. The ex-girl friend and her new boy friend bribe the super not to change the locks on your door (elimination of taxes and tariffs on foreign goods). He splits the money with the apartment manager. Every day when you come home you find not a speck of food in your apartment. You complain to the super and the manager. They blame each other, and nothing gets done. You get so used to this you stop by the grocery store to buy food every day you leave work. Every day when you come home, the same thing, not a speck of food to be found.

This is where the middle class in the United States finds itself at present. Everyone knows the problem is China, India and South Korea. Everyone should know by now that the super wealth have run off with all the money, leaving little to nothing for anybody else. It's obvious the super wealth do not believe in sharing. Our useless Congress and Senate are going to make sure they don't have to.

Tonight I will start with some corrections.
UBS Bank pleaded or was found guilty of fraud and paid a fine of 1.5 Billion dollars in fines.
USBC Bank plead guilty to laundering drug money among other transgressions and paid 1.9 Billion dollars in fines.

On we go.
Ever wonder how some people judge others? I remember a picture of a man grimacing that was shown to us in psychology class. We student were given a questionnaire as to why the man was grimacing; with choices, good and bad. Here is where learned perception plays a part. Most student chose one of the terrible things on the list of choices. The death of a child or parent, etc. One of the choices was the grimacing man had just won the New York State Lottery. Likely as not almost chose that one.

How someone interprets movement, voice, facial expression and actions has a great deal to do with the environment in which that person was raised. A person raised in a middle class, educated environment will interpret thing much differently than a person raised in a intercity ghetto, or, for that matter, a person raised on a farm.

In the movie, 'Idiocracy,' Joe Bowers is arrested for not having a barcode on his wrist, which is used for identification. He pleads his case in court. But, poor Joe, he has awakened 500 years in the future where the English language has deteriorated into a mixture of Hillbilly, Valley Girl, Intercity Slang and grunts. Rude and disgusting, to say the least. Thus when Joe stated his case clearly, he sounded "pompous and faggy" to them. Resulting in gales of stupid laughter. This movie was set five hundred years into the future. But, in reality it's a tongue-in-cheek comedy about things today.

Truthfully, I understand where Joe is coming from. Imagine yourself working in an environment around violent criminals all day long. You have just been propelled into Joe's world. Speak clearly and properly and people will and do get the wrong idea. Imagine yourself having been chastised for using force. You used force legally and properly, but was chastised none the less.
I don't know, if a violent criminal pulls back his fist to punch you and you spray him with mace, are you legally covered? I think you are! Now imagine yourself being prevented from carrying your weapons (spray) for three years. This is what might be classified as extreme supervisory overreach. It might leave a bad taste in your mouth. You might be hesitant to use force at all. Even in the most extreme cases. Thus the criminals might get an unfavorable opinion of you. Remember now, these are individuals that only have respect for force. Goodness, kindness and intelligence mean nothing to these people. In fact, it's seen as weakness. All because some little jackbooted dictator who was running lawsuit scared wanted to play god!

In Post 317 A: I mentioned that a Superman was envisioned by writers, poets and composers of the 19th century. Richard Wagner (Vagner) wrote the Ring Cycle. Picking up on this Superman theme post-modernist Friedrich Nietzsche wrote the Apollonian and Dionysian dichotomy, and Zarathustra.

Alas, Nietzsche's vision of the Superman of the future was not to be. Perhaps it's best that mankind spins down into the dust from whence it crawled. Down, down, down carrying with it the bible thumping morons and the street wrapping idiots, along with every useless reality T.V. show. Down into that steaming mess of moronica from whence nothing remotely resembling intellect springs.

A closer:
Part of Existentialism with which Nietzsche was so fond is "Absurdism."
"The notion of the Absurd contains the idea that there is no meaning to be found in the world beyond what we give it. This meaninglessness also encompasses the amorality or unfairness of the world. This contrasts with 'karmic' ways of thinking in which bad things don't happen to good people; to the world, metaphorically speaking, there is no such thing as a good person or a bad person; what happens happens, and it may just as well happen to a good person as a bad person.

Because of the world's absurdity, at any point in time, anything can happen to anyone, and a tragic event could plummet someone into direct confrontation with the Absurd."

Now that we have covered Absurdity. You people who have little to no money and haven't had a raise in twelve years can go out and vote Republican. You Republican Senators and Congressmen can vote to protect trade with Communist China, and wave the American flag while you do it. You Democrat Senators and Congressmen can keep pretending to protect the common man and woman while you also vote to protect trade with China. Both keep shoving Chinese bribe money into their pockets while the country sinks deeper into debt with China while both plan their exit strategy in case the big balloon goes up.

Truthfully and apparently I must be some kind of threat? Fox News, if you can call it that with a straight face, used their resident weasel, Dennis Miller, to bash the comment I made in "Post 315 A: Teltalheart's Christmas Message" that we, those that make less than $250,000 a year, are viewed by the politicians, Congress and the Billionaires as "cockroaches, a.k.a. vermin." I hope you know by now that Dennis Miller is a Weasel far and away above the rest. He has stolen jokes from Bill Hicks, who by the way died in 1994 from cancer. Everyone, you've got to wonder what kind of person steals material from a dead man who, just happened to be a complete polar opposite politically from Miller. A Weasel, that's who! But then again Republicans are prone to lying and stealing. However, it's what they do best.

Idiocracy was a movie that came out in 2006. It stared Luke Wilson who plays the character Joe Bowers, a U.S. Army Librarian who is tapped for a secret mission as a test subject for a government hibernation experiment. The test goes awry and Joe and a female test subject, Rita, are forgotten about until the great garbage land slide of the year 2505.

Long after they have been put to sleep they awake to a world that has not gotten smarter. Indeed, it's gotten dumber, much, much dumber. The Movie begins with these words:

"As Twenty First Century began human evolution was at a turning point. Natural selection, the process by which the strongest, the smartest, the fastest reproduced in greater numbers than the rest. A process which once favored the noblest traits of man now began to favor different traits. Most science fiction of the day predicted a future that was more civilized and more intelligent. But as time went on things seemed to be heading in the opposite direction, a dumbing-down. How did this happen? Evolution does not necessarily reward intelligence. With no natural predators to thin the heard. It began to simply reward those that reproduced the most. And left the intelligent to become an endangered species."

It begins with an intelligent couple. Trevor, I.Q. 138, and Carol, I.Q. 141. They're having trouble getting pregnant because of Trevor's sperm count. Trevor later dies of a heart attack while masturbating to produce sperm for invitro-fertilization.

Reasoning has it that in Joe's world of 2005 he was chosen for the experiment because he was so average. In the world of 2505 Joe is a super genius! Tastefully he shows up at just the right time in history, and it's dammed luck he does. People are beginning to starve. The crops aren't growing. He finds the crops are being watered by Brawndo, a sports drink. It seems "in the budget crisis of 2330 Brawndo simply bought the F.D.A. and the F.T.C. allowing them to say or do anything they wanted." Brawndo had deemed water to be a threat to their profit margin. Sounds like a Republicans dream come true, doesn't it!

This wouldn't concern me so much if I hadn't heard that Big Banks are going to be allowed to use mortgages as "liquid assets." It seems bank regulators were requiring banks to have more liquid assets on had to prevent runs on banks. The industry complained, and then came up with their own idea. The same idea that got us in trouble the last time.

Oh yes, also, I can't recall if it was UBS Bank? But one very large bank was caught laundering drug money. Which apparently it had done for years. 20,5,12,20,1,12,8,5,1,18,20. Nobody, but nobody went to jail. They simply were allowed to pay a fine. If it had been you or your kid that had been caught selling drugs on the street or laundering drug money in a small business do you think all you would have to do is pay a fine? Hell no! Your ass would be on your way to jail!

Doesn't Brawndo kind of sound like the Chinese?

You have got to hand it to the fear-mongering Republican Politicians. They've done a wonderful job at fooling their common Republican base. They have their own network, Fox News, with which they use to spew out any manner of inflammatory garbage to take their common bases eye off the ball. Just like a magician uses slight of hand to fool the public. They can get people to vote against their own best interest. They can even get people to vote themselves out of a job.

In the 1850s Kansas was a hotbed of anti-slavery left-wing peoples (Populist) movement who had moved there from eastern states for no other reason than to oppose the slave state of Missouri. This was where the civil war started before it ever became national. In the twentieth century the Republican Party was able to turn this state into a hotbed of anti-elitist Conservatism. A wonderful book was produced in 2004 by Thomas Frank. The title is 'What's the Matter with Kansas?'

In the book it seem the political discussion in recent decades had been intentionally shifted from economic and social equality to those of "explosive" cultural issues. Issues such as flag burning, gay rights, religion and of course abortion. Frank claims there is a bitter divide between moderate a conservative Kansas Republicans which will typify the future of politics in America. Fiscal conservatism becomes to universal norm and a handful of hot-button issues is the subject of political war. The book states:

"Not long ago, Kansas would have responded to the current situation by making the bastards pay. This would have been a political certainty, as predictable as what happens when you touch a match to a puddle of gasoline. That is the Political aspect. Now for the natural.

Unlike the superman envisioned for the future by writers, poets and composers of the 19th century (Wagner), who would be physically, spiritually and morally greater than common man. The future has offered something quite different. As in the movie 'Idiocracy' the main problem of the human race is its animal nature. Because of genetic cues imbedded in the human brain; particularly that of the female, breeding mates are chosen for archaic reasons having little to do with modern technological society.

Most women will chose mates based on build: (1.) height, (2.) muscle mass; on physio-emotional features such as, (1.) attractiveness of face, (2.) voice, (3.) charm, (4.) power and influence .
It is a fact that almost anyone can learn to be charming for ten minutes. This is about the amount of time needed to spark some ones attention and interest. All these cues will be, for the most part, subconscious. A female may chose a mate for their wealth. But that will be a conscious decision. Never is a mate chosen for their intelligence.

All the lessons of the old world that is passing away has to be relearned anew by younger generations; despite repeated warnings from the older generations. Such things that should be common sense, such as: be wary of those who promote war and have a vested interest in it through themselves, their friends, their business partners, and or their financial backers.
As in the movie 'Idiocracy' the less intelligent will breed more often and with less use of contraception. The result being more pregnancies, both in and out of wedlock, of people having less intelligence. They will produce children that are genetically predisposed to being less intelligent.
And, unlike earlier predictions, the Republican Party and Fox News will continue. WAHOO!

This is the time of year for gathering with loved one; family and friends to share our good fortune for being so lucky to be connected to each other. It's a time for remembering those less fortunate that ourselves and, hopefully, if we're able, trying to help in some way. It's something we should be doing all year long. But, sadly, something many of us fail to do. I read a sad statistic not long ago, that those with less money most often give a great percentage of what they have, than the wealthy do. How heartbreaking is that! You have so much, yet you can't give? What kind of people are you anyway?

I watch a recent interview between T.V.s John Stewart and Warren Buffett. In the interview Buffett made the comment and gave a scenario of the Billionaires at a table having a feast and whatever crumbs fall off the table the rest of us can have. And he, Buffett, is one of the 'GOOD' Billionaires!

He actually believes the wealthy should pay more in taxes. He pays taxes at a rate, I believe, of about 14%, while his secretary pays taxes at a rate of about 20%. The argument is "but if the rich pay more in taxes they will leave the U.S. or move their business to other countries." I say, let them. A day of reckoning is coming. A tariff needs to be put on foreign goods entering the U.S.. High foreign tariffs existed between 1800 and 1930. It gave the U.S.A. such a great surplus of wealth that this thing called 'PENSIONS' was created. You may have heard of them. That's where someone can quite working when they become elderly and not have to live in poverty. They used to be all the rage here in the good ol' U.S. of A., that is before the politicians and big business industrialists got hold of them. And before the Republican Party and Fox News made out like anyone receiving a pension was stealing from those good, kind, benevolent cutthroat Corporations.

What would high tariffs on foreign goods do? It would make those foreign goods cost more, making American made products more competitive. If they do not want to sell in our market then they can sell else where. They can take their ball and go home. We'll buy the less expensive American made products made by American workers; thereby putting more Americans to work.

Perhaps the companies that moved overseas will think twice about staying there? Perhaps the foreign companies will think about building factories here in order to sell here at less cost and avoid the import tariff. This will put more Americans to work.

If this is combined with lowering taxes on American companies THAT HAVE KEPT ALL PRODUCTION IN THE U.S.A. it will be a double whammy for foreign corporations. So you see there is something that can be done about our most pressing problem. Let us hope in the new year the politicians pull their collective heads out of their nether regions long enough to see a brighter future for us all.

By the way; if you think these Billionaires see you as a dog waiting for scraps, they don't. The small millionaire business men they see as dogs awaiting scraps. You and I who make less than $250,000 a year they see as cockroaches. That's right, they see you and I as vermin scurrying around. From one vermin to another, God Bless You. I hope you have had a good Christmas and this vermin wishes you a Happy New Year!

A look at a family history. To the simpleminded and or the childish there is only bad and good. To the mature and more experienced at life's lessons it's much more complicated.
There is always an agenda that usually if not always involves money, power and influence. Every history involves intrigue, backstabbing (figuratively and literally), compromise (deal making), double dealing, treachery, treason, assassination, harassment and outright murder.

For my ancestors I have found it to be no less so. There always seem to be the matter of fighting over every foot of land and every ounce of power. Here we find mans true nature in jockeying for position. The rich and the poor, strong and weak, common and not so common, proud and prejudice. What we see constantly are groups of people sticking together for their common benefit; or plotting and scheming against each other for their common destruction. As you may or may not know from Post 303 A. Lately I have found that my family are descendants of the Charleton or Cherleton family of England. Apparently descendants of the first Baron John De Charleton of Powys, Wales.

My most immediate ancestor of this line is Mary Ann Charleton or Ann Charleton as she may otherwise be known. Ann Charleton is my great grandmother ten generations removed. She was the wife of Col. Edmund Scarborough of Virginia, married about 1638 to 1640, and the mother of William Scarborough, born 1640.

John De Cherleton, (born 1268) 1st Lord Cherleton of Powis, North Wales, married Hawise, the daughter of Owain ap Gruffydd, the Prince de jure of Powys Wenwynwyn. Research has it that Owain ap Gruffydd ap Gwenwynwyn was born in England about 1257 after his father, Gruffydd ap Gwenwynwyn, had been driven into exile in England by Llywelyn ap Gruffudd, ruler of Gwynedd. Gruffydd ap Gwenwynwyn, Welch Prince of Powys Wenwynwyn, was born about 1203 to 1213. This was the second exile of this family. Gruffydd ap Gwenwynwyn was a child in 1216 when his father, Gwenwynwyn ab Owain, died in exile in England after being forced out of his Powys princedom by Llywelyn ap Gruffudd who in his greed and lust for power by force of the sword took Powys Wenwynwyn from its lawful ruler. Llywelyn's land grabbing had made him unpopular with the other Welch princes, especially those in south Wales. No doubt Llywelyn found an opportunity for military exploitation. Much as any thief finds an open window to gladden his evil heart. Llywelyn thus styled himself "Llywelyn the Great" or "Llywelyn Mawr." The House of Mathrafal was in a struggle throughout the twelfth and thirteenth centuries to retain its land in Powys. They were being squeezed by force of the Norman Marcher (border) lords on one side and a resurgent of the Welch principality of Gwynedd on the other.

Mathrafal's leader Madog ap Maredudd died after 1160 and his son and heir, Llywelwelyn was killed in battle. The realm was divided between north Powys, known as Powys-Fadog, and south Powys, known as Powys-Wenwynwyn. The division weakened Powys dramatically. Fadog favored supporting Gwynedd and their aspirations of independents. This meant supporting Owain Gwynedd, Llywelyn Fawr and Dafydd ap Llywelyn. Powys Wenwynwyn was opposed to Gwynedd on all accounts, mostly for their false claims of their principality. By 1263 Powys Fadog had recognized Llywelyn (the Last) ap Gruffydd as Prince of Wales. By 1274 Prince Gruffydd ap Gwewynwyn allied himself with the English king, the only force strong enough to counter Llywelyn.

After being exiled for supporting the King of England,
the family of Gruffydd ap Gwenwynwyn was maintained in England by the English king, Henry III. After Llywelyn died Gruffydd returned to Wales. In 1241 Llwelyn's successor, Dafydd ap Llywelyn, was forced to compromise with king Henry III of England. For paying homage to king Henry Gruffydd ap Gwenwynwyn was given back most of the lands that had been held by his father, Gwenwynwyn ab Owain. Gruffydd ap Gwenwynwyn married Margaret Corbet and or Hawise LeStrange about c. 1255 or 56. Their son and presumptive heir to the principality of Powys Wenwynwyn was Owain ap Gruffydd ap Gwenwynwyn, born c. 1257, died c. 1293. Either he or his father, Gruffydd ap Gwenwynwyn, had changed the family surname to 'de la Pole'. This meant "of the Pool" which is the old form of the present day name of "Welchpool." This was the capital of Powys Wenwynwyn.

Founded in 854, in the early days. The House of Dinefwr was the Royal Welch House that ruled Seisyllwg by the descendants of Cadell ap Rhodri King of Seisyllwg, son of Rhodri the Great (Mawr), King of the Britons (Wales). After the death of Rhodri ap Merfyn (the Great) the kingdom of Gwynedd was inherited by his eldest son Anarawd ap Rhodri. The second son, Cadell ap Rhodri, took position of the kingdom of Dyfed (Dinefwr). The family name of the House of Dinefwr is from a citadel that the capital was built around. The kingdoms of Dyfed and Seisyllwg would unit to become the kingdom of Deheubarth under king Hywel Dda in the 10th century. Powys would be ruled at different time between the House of Deheubarth and the House of Aberffraw. The princely House of Mathrafal is a cadet branch of the House of Dinefwr.

Anarawd ap Rhodri, King of Britons, had his kingdom of Gwynedd invaded by AEthelred, Earl of Mercia in 881. With much loss of life Anarawd was able to defeat him at the mouth of the River Conwy. It was looked on as vengeance for the death of king Rhodri the Great who had died in battle against the earldom of Mercia. Anarawd made an alliance with the king of York, a Dane, to bolster his forces should Mercia attack again. This alliance proved to be rather worthless. Anarawd ap Rhodri then made a better alliance with King Alfred the Great. With Saxon allies and King Alfred at his back Anarawd decimated Ceredigion and Ystrad Tywi, which was held by his brother Cadell ap Rhodri, first Prince of the House of Dinefwr in or about the year 895.

The princely House of Mathrafal in Powys continued in the person of Bleffyn ap Cynfyn, king of Powys and Gwynedd, died 1075. He became king of Gwynedd when Gruffudd ap Llywelyn died in 1063. Having acquired Gwynedd to add to their possession of Powys, the House of Mathrafal would jockey for position with their cousin House of Aberffraw and Dinefwr until the final conquest of Wales by England in 1284.

No doubt Gwynedd and Powys were split again in a later inheritance. This occurred in the time of Maredudd ap Bleddyn, born 1047. Maredudd's father, Bleddyn ap Cynfyn, king of Powys and Gwynedd, was killed in 1075. There were three sons who would inheirt, Iorwerth, Cadwgan and Maredudd. The brothers held their lands as vassals of Robert de Belleme, 3rd Earl of Shrewsbury. The Earl rose in rebellion against King Henry I when called to court to answer charges. The three brothers initially rose in rebellion also to support their overlord. King Henry sent his deputy, William Pantulf, to bribe Iorwerth with promises of large tracks of land to switch sides. Thus, well bribed, Iorwerth led a Welch force that would defeat and banish Earl Robert de Belleme. He then captured his own brother, Maredudd and handed him over to King Henry. In 1077 Maredudd escaped. In his absents Maredudd's nephew, Owain ap Cadwgan, taken over as prince of Powys. Maredudd could only act as his captain of the guard. In 1114 King Henry invaded Wales. Maredudd chose to make peace with King Henry. But his brash nephew Owain chose to fight against the King. As a result Owain was killed in 1116 and Maredudd was again Prince of Powys.

As has already been mentioned, The first exile of the family of the House of Mathrafal (de la Pole) in the person of Gruffydd ap Gwenwynwyn, Prince of Powys Gwenwynwyn, was caused by Llywelyn ap Gruffudd the ruler of Gwynedd probably for daring to continue to compete for the overall lordship of Wales. This even after their seat of power, Mathrafal Castle, had been totally destroyed by Gwynedd in 1212.
Gruffydd ap Gwenwynwyn c. 1203 - 1286, had supported the English crown. This appears to be much of the cause of his exile to England. This first exile was the result of an effort to push back against the grasping of Llywelyn. After the treaty of Montgomery in 1263 Prince Gruffydd ap Gwenwynwyn had some of his lands restored for paying homage to Llywelyn ap Gruffudd as Prince of Wales. This treaty was short-lived. Llywelyn's brother, Dafydd ap Gruffydd, promised to give Gruffydd ap Gwenwynwyn lands once he, Dafydd, was Prince of Wales, if Gruffydd would assassinate Dafydd's brother, Llywelyn. The plot was hatched in 1274 and involved Gruffydd, his wife Hawise, and their son Owain ap Gruffydd. The date set for the assassination was February 2nd, 1274. But a snowstorm prevented the assassination from taking place. The plot was not discovered by Llywelyn until months later. The discovery apparently occurred because Owain confessed to the Bishop of Bangor. Llywelyn sent for Gruffydd to appear before him to answer. But Gruffydd fled to England with his wife Hawise and son Owain. Gruffydd used Shrewsbury to lead raids on Llywelyn's border lands, supported by the king of England. Again a war occurred between the king of England and the Prince of Wales in 1277. As a result Gruffydd was restored to his lands in Powys Wenwynwyn.

Llywelyn and Gruffydd were involved in an increasingly bitter dispute over the lands of Arwystli. King Edward I of England was supported by Gruffydd in the final Welch War of 1282. After the annexation of Wales King Edward I and the council of Shrewsbury abolished the title 'Prince of Powys- Wenwynwyn'. The daughter of Owain ap Gruffydd [de la Pole] and Joan Corbet was Hawise de la Pole. Hawise married John De Cherleton, first Lord Cherleton of Powys. These, as best as I can tell, are my ancestors. A full scale sell off of the American political system is under way with the influence of foreign money and perhaps money from the Mexican Drug Cartel and the Russian Mafia in this presidential election.
Mit Romney has raised about three times as much money as President Obama. As I understand it, Romney raised $180,000,000, some say in one day alone.
One can only guess how much of this money is coming from corporations that have moved to Communist China.
Even not to mention India, South Korea and Mexico, or the twisted kleptocratic governments that run these countries.
The sell off of the United States of America's political system to the highest bidder is not just the illegal funding of a presidential campaign, this according to how the original founding fathers had worded the Constitution, but is the selling of the American worker/citizen into a form of slavery.

When foreign money buys American Elections and American presidents have to check with their foreign investors before making a decision such as to veto a bill or not, then American power and influence around the globe is bought by the highest bidder.
Here is where and when Americans then no longer own their own political process. The American public are reduced to proxy citizens of a foreign government, puppets.

This foreign government may decide it does not like what you say about it on the internet.
It may decide not only to track your movements on the internet, it may have its bought American president back bills that will censer your internet free speech, particularly about itself.
Literally after they silence internet free speech, how long will it be until they silence general public free speech?
It's already a fact that corporate backed Supreme Court Justices of the past have ruled that free speech of American citizens while in the work place is eliminated altogether.

I wonder, since when did we, the people, vote on limiting our own free speech? I don't recall that. It seems that with each passing year our civil liberties are being stripped from us.
The culprit behind it seems to Big Corporate Business. Thus Big Business, the Republican side, is truly at odds with American freedom and civil liberties.
Roughly put, the loss of control by the American people over its own political process effectively causes it to be an owned, ergo enslaved, entity of its greatest and most enduring master/owner, China.

Should the United States consider in the future the possibility of breaking away from its new master/owner. Truthfully one should consider what China has been doing with its new found great wealth, besides building up its infrastructure. 20,5,12,20,1,12,8,5,1,18,20. China has been increasing its military power by leaps and bounds. It said to have a Tank that just might outclass Americas best. It might be considered that just like Briton did with the American Colonies in 1776 and the Northern American States did with the Southern American States in 1861, China might take action to stop the United States from attempting to leave its sphere of influence and control. I can envision a third world war. But this time who will be there to stand with us? Who can afford not to, that prefers freedom?

One has to wonder what those in Congress who pushed for and voted for the signing of NAFTA, GATT, and applauded the American entanglement with Communist China were thinking. Or was it like usual? They were thinking with their wallets as they watched their personal fortune grow from money China had just a short while earlier printed up. The same goes for those Congressmen/women who voted for CAFTA, and TPP. It is interesting, is it not, that Richard Nixon both took the United States off the gold standard and visited China, opening up China to the west?

It seems China found the ugly truth about the west, perhaps from Nixon himself. When a nation does not have gold to back its currency it leaves open the possibility for another nation, such as China, who values military power over paper money to print up truly worthless money without restraint and claim it has value. After all, who is to check? A sovereign nation has a sovereign power over its own currency.

This brings up the power and subject of legitimacy vs. illegitimacy and who has a sovereign right. In the days of all powerful monarchy a sovereign would give a group of people who were willing to back a venture financially or otherwise a corporate charter. It would be strictly limited within precise and narrow tasks. There were great limits on corporate power. They corporation was subordinate to the sovereign. If the corporation went beyond the charter they would be called before the sovereign to answer for their actions. They would then, most likely, have their corporate charter canceled by the sovereign. A corporation can not exercise the power and authority of governance. It is not a sovereign entity. We the people are, or are supposed to be, the sovereign in the United States. When the United States Supreme Court gave the right of personhood and made money the equal of speech the turned the sovereignty on its head. Thus the Republican majority Supreme Court has given the corporations the right to free speech on corporate property. You and I have been denied free speech.

If money is speech those who have the most money, corporations, can shout down those who have little money and are having less money every year, a.k.a. the public. Shouting others down is something Republicans enjoy doing. What else would you expect from a bully?

Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission:

Now I ask you, who has more money, corporations or unions? The answer, unless you live under a rock or in the Republican world, is corporation - by an extremely wide margin. And you know the Court had to have known this. Thus they have rigged the game so that they win.

The majority argued... "it is not up to the legislatures or the courts to create a sense of 'fairness' by restricting speech."
The Republican Justices decided they have no sense or ability to judge. Which is odd for a justice not to be able to judge.

Justice Stevens Dissent:

The Supreme Court has been used as a tool of corporate wealth in the last 150 years. Classic plutocracy has now strongly emerged in the United States. It's enforced by convenient pseudo-scientific ideology. Their ideology is to deny that "society" even exists. Margaret Thatcher said in 1987 "there is no such thing as society." Therefore "the people" don't exist. If the people do not exist rich evil bastards can do whatever they wish. It's a way of denying personhood to the individual the same way as in the distant past a slave was considered a "non-person." Thus Today in America four hundred (400) of the wealthiest people have as much wealth as one hundred million (100,000,000) Americans. Wall Street CEO's in 2010 received bonuses of 90 billion dollars. Greater than the GDP of twenty-three countries. Six members of the Walton family are wealthier than the same 100,000,000 Americans. The Koch brothers, the greatest financial backers of Citizens United, are said to be planing to spend one billion dollars ($1,000,000,000) in Carl Rove's organization to defeat President Obama.

The lobby of the wealthiest corporations wants taxes on capital gains to be eliminated altogether. The idea is that it will create more corporate profit thus creating more jobs. But corporation have had record profits! Then why have they not created more jobs?

There is no sound moral, religious, or economic reason why taxes on capital (capital gains) should be less than taxes on labor. What is the inherent dignity of managing investments as compared to the inherent dignity of protecting the public (police) or teaching children (teacher) or tending the sick (nurse)? Yet this tax system comes from years of million dollar lobbing of congress on behalf of corporations. This is why Warren Buffet pays less than his secretary in taxes. It's also the reason Mit Romney pays 14.9% in taxes as compared you and I who pay 20% to 25% in taxes.

Democracy is founded on values, and high regard for the common good. This mores so than any constitution. When corruption rules there is no values. A criminal values nothing but power. In study after study it's huge wealth disparity as the root cause of poverty. The result in the public is rage, helplessness, cynicism and mistrust. Mistrust causes the public not to participate in the political process. Mistrust breeds hostility to the government and causes individuals to give up on life or on their ability to make a difference.

What is needed is a Constitutional Amendment that corporations are not people and money is not speech.

Well, I see someone is interested in post 283 A:, when I was searching for a hint of my father's side of my Jackson genealogy. If they would look at Post 287 A: they would find the truth that I found. My grand father Charles William Jackson was either the son of Charles A. Jackson, born 1872 in England, or Charles Franklin Jackson, born abt. 1868, whom I am still searching for. Records state Charles F. Jackson was born in Plain Dealing, Louisiana. The family may haved moved to Hillsboro, Hill County, Tennessee. Charles F. Jackson's spouse was Susie Osborne.


At present I'm in a quandary. I'll put in a name in the search engine on werelate.org, a name I myself have written about on that site, and it will come up 'no documents found'. I ask myself "now how the hell can that be?" Can these people who run that site be that inept? Or have the Chinese Government, or some rightwing republican what-a-be nut case who doesn't understand what's going on decided in his/her delusional state that any evidence of me or my ancestors existance be wiped out?

By the way, if you don't have a yearly family income of $250,000 or more, and assets of $1,000,000 or more and you still vote Republican. You are a Republican want-a-be. You are 98.9% likely to be a Republican never-will-be. And they, the wealthy, will plow you and your family under along with the rest of us.

You see it is not necessarily Republican vs. Democrat and it never was. It's the very rich vs. the middle class and the poor. With the selloff of American factories to China, India, South Korea and Mexico, from which the wealthy benefited greatly. A very large chunk of the American Middle Class has become the American Lower Middle Class and the Poor. What the Democrats in Washington do much of the time that is seemingly to protect the Middle Class and the Poor is a show. And the Republican pundits and right-wing talk show venom spewing hosts will throw a temper tantrum about it as a show for their mouth breathing audience of Hillbillies.

As George Carlin said, "you're real choices in this country are paper or plastic, smoking or non-smoking. You don't have any real choices anymore!"

And NO, Bill Maher will never be a replacement for George Carlin. Not in your wildest dreams.

Starting around 1947 the wealthy begain mounting an all-out attack on the Middle Class and it has never stopped. 20,5,12,20,1,12,8,5,1,18,20. They have almost completed their goal of driving the Middle Class into poverty. We call it the "Middle Class," but that term has been stretched into infinity. The truth is about 50% of Americans are in poverty. This all thanks to the Wealthy One Percent who just have to have more, and more, and more.

To complete my thoughts on money from Post 309 A:, every currency from every nation has serial number on it. While numbers are not finite, money is. The more paper money you create the less it's worth. Money used to be backed up by gold until Richard Nixon took us off the Gold Standard. However, Gold is still the object by which paper money is judged in worth. The idea that U.S. currency is based on faith is a fallacy. It's no more based on faith than a Republican Politicians comment on their belief in God. What a politician, all politicians, worship is power. Always has been, always will be!

Also, when any new product comes on the market it takes money away from an older product that is going by the wayside. Have you bought and buggy wheels lately? No, not the kind for your horseless carriage.

There is a limited amount of wealth. When the Super-Rich have more, everybody else has less. That, my dear readers, is a fact.

This time I guess I will hold my nose and vote for Obama. Ho! if we only had a true third party. If we only had a Working Man and Woman's Party! Nether of the two parties we have now fit the bill.

The Republicans will jump around and say "it sounds like a communist party to me!" Really, as opposed to what? The Rich Fat Bastards Party? It's interesting that when a union is trying to move into a factory or office building etc., the Republicans call it "communism". This when the American factories were shut down and moved to a communist country. Yes! China is a communist country! The Republicans didn't mind that move. As a matter of fact the signing of NAFTA and GATT was what the Republican party called "the only good thing Bill Clinton did in office".

By the way, the Chinese Government does not allow trade union to exist in it's communist paradise.

Post 283 A: My Jackson Family Genealogy

I, Michael D. Barnes, am the son of Dave Franklin Jackson of Summerville Georiga. He was the son of Charles William Jackson, born in 1893, who may have been from Louisiana. He was the son of Charles Franklin Jackson, born between 1871 and 1858, who is said to come from Texas.

I am a member of Family Tree DNA. My Y-DNA is R1b1b2. I match exactly with one member also on FTDNA. His last name is Futch. Looking on the Gen Forum Futch family tree site I found a member who stated Isaac "Ike"& Charlotte Johanna "Lottie" Smith Futch are buried in the Gulf Praire Cemetary in Jones Creek, Texas.

Looking at the map I notice Jones Creek is close, about ten miles, from Lake Jackson Texas. The Lake and town were named after a family whose antebellum plantation house sat alongside the lake. The builder of the house was Abner Jackson who had brought his wife, Margaret, and their five children from Virginia to Brazoria County Texas about 1840. The families tale seems to be a sad one. Two sons died during the Civil War. George W. Jackson, a younger son by about four years, returned home after the war. His elder brother John had tried to hold the estate together and pay off debts when funds became available.

John would not turn over any part of the estate to George. George used a court order issued in 1867 to gain control of the plantation. At an earlier date John had beaten George with a whip when he had asked for his share. In December of 1867 John had threatened to do it again at which George shot his brother dead.

George was never prosecuted for the murder and died of tuberculosis on November 7, 1871. George seems to have left no children behind. John C. Jackson took a slave as a mistress, Rosa, who was half Indian. She bore him a son they named Frank.

I am wondering if this is my Great Grandfather, Charles Franklin Jackson? If so I guess I would be 1/16 Black and 1/16 Indian. Which would be odd because I'm very white. I guess it would depend if Rosa was black and if so how much black was she; one half; one quarter; one eighth?

The picture of Abner Jackson looks very much like my father. Abner had at one time been the second largest slave holder (285) in the state of Texas. Abner at one time owned 3,744 acres.

If this is not the line, I have also been wondering if it could be the Texas outlaw Frank Jackson? Only time and research will tell.

I rewrote post 308 A: due to the many spelling errors, which I am likely to commit in the early morning hours whilst half asleep. I have also been dealing with computer viruses and the replacement of a hard drive. Apparently my writings are enough of a threat to someone that I have to be 'monitored'. I, teltalheart, finished my rewrite at 5:08 pm, Friday June 22, 2012 central standard time.

I was wondering if any of you remember a little sit-com that aired about 1981. It was called 'The Greatest American Hero', staring William Katt as Ralph Hinkley and Robert Culp as FBI Agent Bill Maxwell. In many ways this show, along with the 'Night Stalker', was the precursor to the 'X Files'. School Teacher Hinkley is given an outlandish superhero suit, that provides superhuman powers, by extraterrestrials. They were trying to do sort of a 'Welcome back Kotter' super hero/Sci-Fi kind of a thing. In the Pilot Episode a weak Vice-President was being controled by a Wealthy Billionaire Big Business man who has funded his campaign and now plans to eliminate (kill) the President and replace him with his own puppet of a leader. The Wealthy Big Business man has set up a fake religious organization, Disciples of Gidean, whose main purpose is to provide a squeaky-clean image for him to hide behind while all the time setting about terrorizing the nation while he offers to fight the 'terrorists' (which he seceretly controls) and erturn the nation to civility, while under his total control of course.

Such scenarios were all over the place at this time following the assassination attempt on Ronald Reagan. But nobody took them seriously. It begain with the Sagebrush Rebellion, which has now morphed into The Tea Party, which catapulted Ronald Reagan into the White House. One would be wise to remember that Ronald Reagan was for a time the cartoon joke candidate when he first announced his bid for the Presidency. In the pilot episode Bill Maxwell (Robert Culp) tells the Disciples of Gidean, "You're about as religious as a Las Vegas Night Club... A bunch of terrorists trying to fake some kind of religion while you stash away the machine guns and grenades". If you don't think military firepower can change a government all you have to do is take a look at Egypt and their recent military coup overthrow of their Arab Spring movement and thereby their hope for democracy.

How odd it is in this case that life should imitate art. In this case the art being a T.V. sit-com. With the end of the Cold War and the traditional enemies of America looming on the horizion in the early years of the 1980s. The American Military-Industrial Complex President Eisenhower had warned us about was in need of another "Boogie Man" to scare the common masses, also known as American citizens, into mass submission to the will of the traditional "privileged classes," also known as the Wealthy and Powerful one percent. The religious threat of Hellfire and Damnation was no longer working. This while the threat of communism was waning. Something had to be found to provide a Scare Factor.

The various intelligence agencies had noted a weakening in the Soviet Union at this time. America was losing its best and most consistant source of public works projects. Just think about all the money it took to develop the hydrogen boom and build the nuclear silos in the midwestern states. Not to mention the nuclear missile launching subs and the B-52 boomers. Let us not forget the money for maintenance, upkeep and improvements.

At this point the Soviet Union was lured into the beleif with false indicators that Afghanistan was going to break away from the Communist Block. Wealthy Socialite Joanne Herring, wife of oilman Robert Herring, (Charlie Wilson's War) lured Senator Charlie Wilson into her bed, according to the movie, then lured him into supporting the Mujahideen resistance fighters in Afghanistan with American money and arms.

This is where Osama bin Laden, son of Mohammed bin Awad bin Laden, a friend and one time business partner of George H.W. Bush, got his military training form U.S. Special Forces and CIA operatives. George H.W. Bush and Mohammed bin Awad bin Laden also both share close ties with the Saudi Royal family. Another oil producing magnet.

After driving the Soviets out of Afghanistan, with the help of U.S. money and military aid, for reasons that are still unclear Osama bin Laden turned his attention to attacking Western Nations, in particular the United States. The very nation that had funded the Afghanistan resistance campaign. Could this have been to provide the Military-Industrial Complex with its new "Boogie Man" in the form of "terrorism; a that is somewhat ephemeral so one has a difficult time judging if one is winning or losing?

Here it is thirty-one years since 'The Greatest American Hero' aired and we are still dealing with the same things. But now it's no sit-com. Now it's real. But by now this bunch has achived almost all their goals. George H.W. Bush had almost wiped any future of Social Security with the amount of money he "appropriated" (stole) to make his administrations financial house look much better than it actually was. It made S.S. insolvent now and in the future. If you owe someone a $100 and you only have $90. You are insolvent. The missing money only makes the disparage even greater with time.

Bill Clinton was a Republican stalking horse who allowed big business to sell our nations factories and patents to China. These are the same big business men who ran off with hundreds of billions of dollars from the sale of American manufactoring companies and jobs to China who are now pleading poverty, "because the taxes could go from 36% to 39.6% and that's just too high - waaa, boo, hoo, hoo!"

A right wing religious wing-nut-job organization has been allowed to infiltrate Congress and the Senate on its way to the White House who actually believe they have some kind of divine right to set up a half-assed litmus rest as to who is and is not Christian. This when the fact is their top controllers are themselves controled by the billionaires whose main interest is less money for the middle-class and more, More, MUCH MORE flowing into the coffers of those same billionaires.

With the selection of George W. Bush the sell of American patents and factories to China went into hyper-drive. He also started two wars with the organization headed by Osama bin Laden, the son Mohammed bin Awad bin Laden. Dick Cheney faked a reason to wage war on Iraq; Book: 'The Way of the World', by Ron Suskind. The war made the defense contractors, George W. Bush's buddies, multi-billionaires. They're the same people who, by the way, funded his campaign. Now tell me if you're feeling screwed yet?

The Republican Party, and particularly the Tea Party, are acutely punctuated by their total lack of feeling, sympathy, empathy, or remorse for anyone but themselves. It's a trait most commonly found among psychopaths. While one can give such a test to an individual. One wonders if such a test could be applied to an organization?

It's interesting to note the idea behind Christianity is for the individual, who is caught between good and evil, heaven and earth, right and wrong, to put aside his/her animalistic nature and for the greater enlightenment of good. The idea of Karma, that everything you do will come back to you. It appears the Republicans are much inclined to their animalistic predatory nature.

Much like wolves culling out the weak, old and the very young to kill and devour. Or in the case of Mitt Romney, to take over a company that looks weak and vulnerable yet still has a lot of money invested in the workers pension plan which is ripe for the stealing, or raiding, whichever term you like. Republicans always do the same thing. They claim workers who have worked hard all their lives don't deserve their pensions. They then propose the solution to be that they, the Republicans, steal the money and keep it for themselves. Or better yet to give it to their billionaire buddies in the form of tax breaks. Then just sit back and wait for the big campaign contributions to roll in!

You can bet your ass the Republicans are watching what is happening in Greece. The fact that the Greek Government cut their government retirees pensions in half. The Republicans are probably thinking fo a way they can fake a crisis here and do the same thing to Americas government pension retirees. The Republicans could then give even bigger tax breaks to their bastard billionaire buddies.

There are two lines of thought on money. Idea one, there is a limited amount of pieces in the wealth pie. If one person, such as a billionaire, gets more it means everybody else gets less. Idea two, There is an unlimited amount of pieces in the wealth pie. The Republicans like idea two. Idea two is also a lie, which makes the Republican like it even more. I, teltalheart, can prove it. Do all currencies in ever country have serial numbers on the bills? Yes they do. The currency numbers are NOT unlimited! Every nation can trace every bill of currency it ever produced. Any new produce that comes onto the market takes away from an older product that is going by the wayside. Have you bought and buggy wheels lately?

In the Pilot Episode a weak Vice-President was being controled by a Wealthy Big Business man who has funded his campaign and now plans to eliminate (kill) the President and replace him with his own puppet of a weak leader.12, The Wealthy Big Business man has set up a fake religious organization whose main purpose is to provide a squeaky-clean image for him to hide behind while all the time setting about terrorizing the nation while he offers to fight the 'terrorists' (which he seceretly controls) and return the nation to civility; while under his total control of course.

Such scenarios were all over the place at that time.20, But nobody took them seriously.1, It all begain with the ('Sagebrush Rebellion', which has morphed into The Tea Party) which catapulted Ronald Reagan into the White House.12, Remember that Ronald Reagan was the cartoon joke candidate when he first announced his bid for the Presidency.20,5,12,20,1,12,8,5,1,18,20. A right wing religious wing-nut-job organization has been allowed to infiltrate Congress and the Senate on its way to the White House who actually believe they have some kind of divine right to set up a half-assed litmus test as to who is and is not Christian.18, This when the fact is their top controllers are themselves controled by the billionaires whose main interest is less money for the middle-class and more, More, MUCH MORE following into the coffers of those same billionaire.

With the selection of George W. Bush the sell of American patens and factories to China went into hyper-drive.20, He also started two wars with the organization headed by Osama Binladen; the son of one of his father's, George H.W. Bush, best friends and closest business partners. Dick Caheney faked a reason to wage war on Iraq, Book: 'The Way of the World', by Ron Suskind. The war make the Defence Contractors (G.W. Bush's buddies) multi-billionaire. These are the same people who, by the way, funded his campaign. Tell me, do you get the feeling yet that you're being screwed?

The Republican Party, and particularly the Tea Party portion are acutely punctuated by their total lack of feeling, sympathy, empathy, or remorse for anyone else but themselves. It's a trait most commonly found amoung psychopaths. teltalheart, While one can give such a test to a individual. One wonders if such a test could be applied to a organization?

While a few of these will fit most people. A psychopath will have much more. It certainly seem to fit Wall Street, a.k.a. too big to fail Big Business!
I once had a fair-weather friend at work, now medically retired, who seemed to fit many if now all of these traits. He, I'm told, would steal my work from this web site voy.com/40560/ and claim it as his own, because he was to lazy to think up anything himself. I am the first one to admit we send way too much money to other countries. Many are countries that hate us. But, I am all for completely breaking relations with China. And, because of reasons already mentions in other posts, declaring ourselves free of any debt we supposedly owe them. You can also bet your ass the Republicans are watching what is going on in Greece. The fact that they cut thair government retires pention in half and thinking how they can fake a crisis and do the same thing here so they can give even a bigger tax break to the bastard billionaires!

Rereading post 306 A: it might sound like sour grapes on my part what with caucasians having had so much already. But my ire was based solely on the fact of King Tut's R1b1a2 Celtic DNA and its removal from wikipedia. It is true that someone can have Y-DNA such as African E1b1a and be as white as snow. I would simply mean this person has a African male ancestor in their not too distant past. Not too distant might mean 500 to 2000 years ago. However, the vast majority of males with Y-DNA of R1b1a2 are going to be Western Europian Caucasians. The vast majority of males with Y-DNA of E1b1a are going to be Negor.

It is also true that a black male might have R1b1a2 Y-DNA which whould mean he has a male ancestor who was of European ancestry and this has been past down to him from his father and his father's father etc., etc. I have J2b1b mt-DNA from my mother which is located in its greatest degree in Azerbaijan. It would seem to indicate I should have dark hair, dark eyes and olive skin. But I have blue eyes, white skin, and I used to have blond hair before age took its toll. I am short, at only five seven, as DNA of that region would indicate.

Race and race relation is can be a strange thing. I've heard about white males being beaten up by gangs of black youths in revenge for the shooting of Trayvon Martin by George Zimmermon. I aks myself "really, you mean you gangs found a guy who was half jewish, one quarter hispanic and one quarter black to beatup?" That was as I understand it the racial admixture of George Zimmermon.

But no, that's not what they did. They heard someone had killed a young black male so the jumped the the conclusion that it must have been done by somebody white! Welcome to "let's find a reason to hate whitey" month. It's seems that three news channels lied about Zimmermon and had to retract statments. One said he didn't have any visable head wound and had to retract that statement when it was shown that he did. One cut out part of the 911 tape conversation to make it look like Zimmermon was prejudice and hunting blacks to shoot. They then had to retract that when it was discovered what they had done.

If I were a black politician like Jesse Jackson, and had checked on the race of Zimmermon. I would had run from this thing like there was no tomorrow. I guess Jesse just wasn't that bright. Not to mention Jesse Jackson's son was the number one bider for the vacant spot left in congress by Obama that was being auctioned off by Rob Bloggoyavich. Yes I know it's not spelt right. But the damn computer doesn't want to work right.

This case gave black people a black mark all the way around. What if it had been an off duty law enforcement officer on vaction, such as myself, who was in the same situation and had shot Martin? What would the media and the black community had done then?

As fare as I'm concerned. When a group of people threaten violence if they don't get what they want; it's no different then a four year old brat throughing a temper tantrum because it didn't get what it wanted. Bill Maher showed a video on his HBO Real Time show of a small group of about ten black people protesting. This when I clearly saw from a helicopter's view a group of about 2000 protesters a couple of weeks earlier. So Bill Maher lied.

So what else is new? But the Republicans lie much more. I have heard republican pundit on the radio saying the rich pay 75% in tax! I believe the highest tax rate is between 46% and 53%, if I'm not mistaken.

I have this acquaintance I will refer to as "cadet". He is all of 23 years old. He's had it drilled into him that all Democrat "liberals" are evil. He tell me he's against all these kind hearted "liberal" giveaways to other countries and too the poor. i point out that the old and the sick many times just cant make it without government aid. He abruptly changes his tune and says " well I din't mean those people". He then goes right back to his old tune about how the rich pay 90% of the taxes in this country and how he believes the rich should get every dime the earn! Well that's just it. The rich don't "earn" every dime they get. It's usually their money earning money. They invest in criminal corporations that treat workers like dogs and send jobs overseas to make a bigger profit. i find out from cadet that he hates the IRS and thinks they should be disbanded. I find out he used to work for his father in heating & cooling. It seems dad would take cash payments for some jobs. It also seem dad was audited by the IRS. Go figure!

The other day I heard a Republican Radio Pundit talking about how much he loved the lodge a Yellow Stone National Park. I thought to myself if the industrialists of yesteryear had had their way Yellow Stone would be a toxic waste dump now. They wanted to Dam the river for hydroelectric power and cut down all the trees for lumber. Fortunately Theodore "Teddy" Roosevelt was a republican of a different strip, and created Yellow Stone as the National Park it is today. I myself was a Reagan republican. The Democrats moved to where the old Reagan republicans used to be, center right. The Republican party moved way the hell to the right, into Christian Taliband Land; next door to insanity ville.

In post 306 A: I had stated that the negro or African DNAs were L0, L1, L2 L3 and M. That is true for the mt-DNA or mitochondrial DNA that is past from mother to children. However the DNA I was speaking of was the Y-DNA that is past from father to children. In the case of the Y-DNA the African DNA is A, B, CT, D, E, E1b1a, E1b1b, and C.

It was those DNA I should have written of. My bad.

I have recently had a Deep Clade Y-DNA test run by Family Tree DNA. R1b1a2a1a1a is Celtic DNA. It is most often found in Germany. I suspect my Y-DNA most probably came to England in the middle 400s AD with the so called Saxon Invasion. High King Vortigren (Gwrtheyrn) hired an army of Germanic Jute mercenaries, led by Horsa and Hengest, to repl an invasion of Picts that had begun raiding across Hadrian's Wall. In old annals it tells of how King Vortigren could not or would not pay the Saxons for their services. The Saxons then took land in place of payment.

The Saxons developed the kingdoms of Essex, Wessex, Sussex and Middlesex. To the North the Angles developed the Kingdoms of Northumbria, East Anglia and Mercia. These areas later became part of the Danelaw; which lasted until 1066 AD.

On wikipedia it used to say on the R1b wiki site, "It has been reported in newspapers that King Tut is of the haplogroup R1b1a2, but it is found in less than 1% of men in most parts of Egypt today."

It does not say that anymore. I guess it must have been too politically incorrect! No, no the truth cannot be allowed to be known if it goes against the the politics of the day. St. Patrick's Day 2012 have come and gone. I hope you had a lovely day. It's seem there are very few who celebrate it any more. That's sad to me. Bill Maher was in Huntsville, Alabama today. I didn't go see him because I couldn't afford $111.00 for two seats. I had to buy other luxury items like food and gasoline.

President Obama doesn't seem to have any ideas on how to bring down the price of gas. The ultimate way of doing this is to Nationalize The Oil Companies! But no rich, greedy bastard will ever support this kind of bold action be he/she Republican or Democrat. The other way of doing this is to build a U.S. Government owned Oil Refinery. This because the oil companies haven't built a new refinery in 40 years. They use the excuse of there not being enough refineries to produce fuel fast enough to meet public demand as a way of keeping gas prices high!

This will solve some of that problem. The Government can even call it a 'National Defence Strategy' in case of a national emergency. It's interesting isn't it, how Iran rattles it's sword and the price of oil goes up? Iran, Iraqi, Russia, Venezuela and the Texas oil men all makes money! All while the politicians, all of them, do nothing. Now how convenient is that. Geez you don't suppose the politician, both Repubs and Dems, are in on this do you? No, surely they wouldn't do a thing like that to you and I!

"There might still be somebody in the public non-one percenter sector with some money in their pocket; let's find a way to get at it," seems to be their ideology.

In Post 303 A:, I stated my Aunt Bertha had "a son and two daughters." The true fact is Aunt Bertha has a son and three daughters. I will not name my four cousins or my younger brother without their permission.

I could blame my mistake on a number of things. But, the simple truth is I was going too fast and not watching what I was doing. I suppose I was just happy to be finished typing that long genealogical chart. Other than that, I have no excuse. I certainly didn't intend to slight any member of my family. In the book 'Wills and Administrations of Accomack County, Virginia 1663 - 1800' Compiled and Edited by Stratton Nottingham, I found the following:

Wills & Deeds 1676-1690(vi) "SCARBOROUGH, HENRY - Not dated - Rec, 26 May 1676 - To Grandmother Ann Charleton cattle & increase for life then to nephews Bennony & Jonathan West, sons of Maj. John West. To aunt, Mrs Matilda West. To nephew John West the younger. To nephew Scarborough West. Uncle John West Ex'r. To Hatton Hill, son of Robert Hill. Witt: William Towers, Robert Watsone - p.6". I found this on page 8 of this book.

All documents show Col. Edmund Scarborough having a potential spouse by the name of "Mary" sent by ship from England. It's possible that her name was Mary Ann Charleton. It's also just as possible that he may have married and then divorced Mary Littleton. He might possible then have then married Ann Charleton. She being his second spouse.

Records of the Assembly of the House of Burgesses in Virginia show a Stephen Charleton in attendance right beside the name of Edmund Scarborough on February 17th 1644-5 and again on November 3rd 1647. This from 'The Colonial Virginia Register'. I must assume this is Ann's brither. He has also been said in other writings to be called "Captain Stephen Charleton". Ancestry.com records seem to indicate this Stephen Charleton was buried in England.

As I stated in Post 300 A:, it has been found that King (Pharaoh) Tutankhamen (Tutankhaten) is of Y-DNA Haplogroup R1b1a2, a Celtic marker. I had recently moved from a 37 marker to a 67 marker Y-DNA test through FamilyTreeDNA.

I was found to have R1b1a2 Y-DNA. I googled it and found http://able2know.org/topic/175546-1. On this page it stated "King Tut is of Haplogroup R1b1a2 (Celtic)". Since that time I have found this same statement on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haplogroup_R1b_(Y-DNA) on page 3 of 15. It states "It has been reported in newspapers that King Tut is a member of the haplogroup R1b1a2, but it is found in less that 1% of men in most parts of Egypt today."It also states "...in parts of north-western Ireland it reaches 98%."

This was the first I had ever heard of Egyptian Pharaohs of the Seventeenth Dynasty being of Celtic Y-DNA. I have wondered to myself why newspapers here in the South haven't reported on the subject. At least I haven't seen any papers or TV news reports about it. I have even sent an E-Mail to channel 48 news in Huntsville, Alabama asking about it. I have, of course, heard nothing back and I very seriously doubt that I will. It's almost like a conspiracy of silents, isn't it!

Y-DNA is inherited through the male line. Thus one gets their Y-DNA from their father, who got it from his father, who got it from his father, on down through time immemorial.

Thus if Tut has Y-DNA R1b1a2 then he must have gotten it from his father Neferkheperure-Waenre Amenhotep IV (Akhenaten).

The known line would look something like this.

Of course the line would be much longer than this. If Akhenaten or any of his ancestors had any brothers that are unaccounter for the line might very well stretch even until today.

Apparently news such as this, Celtic Pharaohs, must be a little too much. You see it doesn't fit into the paradigm of what the public has been told by the governments and the media to expect. Thus the mega-science corporation Roche is attempting to buy-up the manufacturer of the DNA test equipment.

The carpetbaggers are going to make sure you get the kind of news that you deserve, or that they think you deserve.

After all, the politican have said "we won the Cold-War." Then why is the mortgage to the White House and, yes, the United States itself held by Communist China? Its little questions like this that bother me. Why in my area is there 73 channels of pure garbage and not one channel of real News? If not for National Geographic and PBS there wouldn't be anything worth watching. History has become hillbillies on parade.

Archibald MacGregor, born 1720 in Scotland; died 1758 probably in North Carolina. He married Edith Effie MacAlpin, who was born in Scotland in 1724/25, died in North Carolina.

On April 6th, 1746, the Battle of Culloden was fought between 9,000 British Redcoats and 5,000 weak and starving Scottish patriots, amoung them (Henry) MacAlpin, father of Edith MacAlpin, and Archibald MacGregor, son-in-law of (Henry) and husband of Edith. This, the last battle of the "Forty-five rebellion". The Scots were led by "Bonnie Prince Charlie", Prince Charles Edward Louis John Casimir Sylvester Severino Maria Stuart, a.k.a. Charles III. The British were led by William Augustus, Duke of Cumberland. The battle lasted only forty minutes and was a complete rout of the Scots. Only fifty Redcoats were killed as opposed to 1,000 Scotsmen. Amoung the dead was (Henry) MacAlpin. Archibald survived the battle and was not captured. History teaches that in the following five months, a massive manhunt was conducted throughout Scotland for the remaining patroits. It has been speculated that during this time, Archibald and Edith MacGregor escaped Scotland and set sail for America.

As shown in post 270 A:, Archibald and Edith MacAlpin are my ancestors through their daughter Ann MacGregor, born Feb. 04, 1756 in North Carolina and died before 1830 in Oil Springs, Kentucky. She, Ann, married Captain Henry Connelly (Conley) in North Carolina in Guilford County. Their daughter was Elizabeth L. Connelly (Conley), who married Aaron Tate. They had several children, amoung them Maburn Tate, born 1811. He married Delanna (Delany) Killian [daughter on Daniel Killian and Mary Elizabeth Magdalena Bost] in Fort Payne, DeKalb County, Alabama. One of their children was Elizabeth (Betty) Tate who married Solomon S. Puryear. The eldest of their four daughters was Mary Ada Puryear who was born in Scottsboro, Jackson County, Alabama on December 19, 1876. Mary Ada married Linnville Andrews Dugger of Sweetwater, Tennessee. The eldest of their three children was Rosa Grace Dugger. Rosa married Wiley Sanford Barnes. Rosa and Wiley are the parents of my mother, Ruby Cathrine Barnes.

I have had a new DNA test done by FamilyTreeDNA. I originally only had the 37 marker Y-DNA test done. I have now had the 67 marker Y-DNA test run. I was originally said to be R1b1b2 in the 37 marker test. In the 67 marker test I'm now told by FamilyTreeDNA that I am R1b1a2 Y-DNA. This seems to mostly indicate old Breton, Welch and Irish. If one goes to wikipedia and search for R1b (Y-DNA) one gets a great deal of information on the subject.

If one goes to http://able2know.org/topic/175546-1 one finds out that "King Tut is Haoplogroup R1b1a2 (Celtic)" DNA. Apparently the information is so explosive the Egyptian authorities will not officially release it. Such a thing would be stupid on their part because truth will always come out.

Post 299 A: Communicapitalism, the new age!

It's a term I've been toying with, 'Communicapitalism', a combination of the words Communism and Capitalism. Why, becuase this is what we have in China today between American companies and the Communist Chinese Government.

Let me tell you a little story, a true story. A few month ago I was at a gas station, in uniform, refueling my patrol vehicle. I had an old man of about sixty five or seventy come up to me and start up a conversation. He wanted to talk about all these welfare mothers and "these black men that go around and have sex with them and get them pregnant so they can draw more welfare." I informed him that corporate welfare was far greater of a burden on the American public then social welfare has ever been in any time in history. We will also never be able to change the road to destruction and financial impoverishment we're on until we stop dealing with Communist China altogether, until we stop American companies from bring in Chinese made products into the United States.

He said to my amazement, "China is not Communist"! "Besides," he said "you're on the government dole"! He then stormed off.

I got to thinking, which I know is dangerous for me. There should be a snicker in there somewhere. But, I got to thinking how these people who are Limbough listening, Fox watching, and right wing Republican voting had to twist and warp their minds around the fact that American corporations left American shores and set up shop in Communist China with the help of a private bank set up in the era of Ronald Reagan that took money from American workers via tax dollars, to help set up factories in Communist China in order to put American workers out of their jobs!

After all, what was the Vietnam Conflict all about?
Wasn't that war to stop the Communist menace from spreading it's tentacles to other, supposedly, free nations? Why did fifty thousand ( 50,000 ) American men and women die? Not even counting the hundreds of thousands of wounded, maimed, and crippled for life! Oh, but they are on the government dole, right.

It had to have took nothing less than a form of 'Stockholm Syndrome' on the part of the right wing American people who are not at all wealthy yet vote Republican!

If anyone does not already know, Stockholm Syndrome is when a person who is being held captive against their will starts to identify with their captor, and will even defend their captor. It's a mental survival mechanism for dealing with horrific situations.

The fervor with which the common near poverty righ wing class has supported the wealthy fat-cat Republican party comes close to being almost the same way one feels and interprets ones religion. In fact it is almost if not the exact same.

Ergo wealthy and powerful equals loved by God. It's much the same way one identifies with the classroom bully in hopes that he doesn't pick on them next. But they are being picked on. And they have to be made to see that they are being picked on. Why do you think the GOP hates Public Radio and Public Television so much? They hate any venue that tell the truth, especially about them.

But wait a minute, was Jesus wealthy? No?

The present class warfare was started by wealthy Republicans in Congress and the White House in 1969 under the Nixon Administration. It was carried through to the Reagan, Clinton, George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush Administrations. One could even say it started in Congress in 1947.

These Republican politicans have all claimed they have been "called by God" to run. When the truth is they have been called only by whatever billionaire or corporation has decided to back them; that and their own huge ego. But then again, $ money $, in todays Communicapitalism world is God, isn't it. Just ask the person who is about to be evicted from their home because they don't have the money to pay their mortage because their job went over seas. Or the child who doesn't have anything to eat because their parents unemployment ran out, because their job went over seas courtesy of politicans who have told the common working class that the wealthy and the corporation are all powerful and sent directly from God and are not to be questioned. But then again, those poor people are on the government dole, aren't they.

It just constantly amazes me how easily the American public is fooled.

They have told these people "if you work hard and get a good education you have a future." They work hard and get good educations only to find they have huge student loans that can not be settled or dismissed in bankruptcy court. There are also no jobs to use that good education in, because they have almost all gone over seas.

They chose China because it was Communist. They have tight government control over their people. They also have hundreds of thousands of police. If anyone dares raise the question of a Union they're meet with a stick to the head, a kick to the gut, and imprisonment. It is the same thing the wealthy used to do in this country, and wish they could do again.

The American public has also been nickeled and dimed to death. I have found Cracker Barrel pulling bait and switch tricks on their menu. Yesterday I was cheated out of about fifty dollars ($50) at my home town Scottsboro Walmart. I bought a pair of progressive lens glasses. I determined in a few days that I couldn't wear them. I reordered a pair of single vision. Within an hour I had got to thinking, my Dr. said I needed a bifocal. So I decided to get a line bifocal. Davis Insurance covers single vision and line bifocal at the same rate, total. But, I was charged $92.

Do you remember the old Walmart; the one when Sam was alive? They would only buy American made products. It's not that way now, is it! Everything they sell seems to be made in China.

There are several mistakes on the web site http://scarborough3.htm for it to be accurate.

In this it states:
'"[Special Note#1 regarding the name "Mary Littleton"]

According to Southerland McColley on January 22, 2004 (smcc@mohawk.net): A "Mary Littleton," daughter of Sir Edward Littleton and sister to Col. Nathaniel Littleton, married Gilbert Jones,II as recorded in: Worcester Visitation of 1634, Harleian Society 90:64 (1938). She did not marry Edmund Scarborough II."'

In Post 297 I stated what I had found in the "[PCC Act Books]".
It states Mary Jones is the wife of Evan Jones. It does not state Mary Jones is the wife of a Gilbert Jones. This web site I have mentioned justifies that this "Mary Jones" is wife of this Gilbert Jones by the, "Worcester Visitation of 1634." It also states:
"The Colonel took his business very seriously. On a trading trip in 1651 to the Indians on the Delaware River, his vessel 'Sea Horse' was boarded and taken by the Dutch."

It states on: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edmund_Scarborough, "In 1652, Scarborough sold his seven ships (Deliverance, Mayflower, King David, Sea Horse, Holly Horse, Ann Clear, and Artillery) to William Burton of Boston."

If Col. Edmund Scarborough Sr.s' son, Edmund Scarborough II, did not own the Sea Horse in 1725 what would have been the significants of this Evan Jones and Mary Jones claiming this vessel in the "[PCC Act Books]"?

As I have already stated this web page, http://scarboroughgenealogy.org/Scarborough3.htm, states wrongly: "That this is correct is shown by an application dated 28 Feb 1633/34 by Mary Jones for a grant of administration dbn on the estate of her father Sir Edward Littleton of Henley, Salop [PCC Act Books]."

But the application was for the ship Sea Horse which Col. Edmund Scarborough had once owned, and this application was made in 1725 not "1633/34," as stated.
It States in the [PCC Act Books]: "Davis, John, of H.M. ship Sea Horse, who died in Boston, New England. Probate to Evan Jones with similar powers reserved to his wife, Mary Jones. (Feb. 1755)."

In this the [PCC Act Books] as stated on Post 297 A: It does NOT mention Sir Edward Littleton at all. It only mentions William Littleton as: "Graham, John, of Charles Town, South Carolina, bachelor. Probate to William Littleton. (May 1755)."

It almost seems this web page on "scarboroughgenealogy" is an around about shuffle to confuse or convince those not willing to look futher.

I will further state what is said in 'Southern Kith and Kin,' by Jewell Davis Scarborough, Copyright (C)1957, on Col. Edmund Scarborough. It States:
"2. Col. Edmund Scarborough, 1 the second son of Captain Edmond Scarborough and Hannah Butler Scarborough, came to America with his father. He married Mary Littleton, 2 daughter of Col. Nathaniel Littleton, in England, and patented vast tracts of land in Virginia. (Mary Scarborough did not come over with her husband, but arrived in 1640, brought over by her husband, Edmund Scarborough, of Accamac, according to Greer.)"

I am guessing "Greer" would be, (Greer, George Cabell, 'Early Virginia Immigrants', 1978.)

Searching for information on the Scarboroughs on the internet I happened upon a site, http://scarboroughgenealogy.org/Scarborough3.html, by Cynthia McDaniel.

I found on this site a "Special Note" regarding Mary Littleton. According to someone who had e-mailed Mrs. Daniel on the net "Mary Littleton...married Gilbert Jones,II" and not Col. Edmund Scarborough.

They included this:
"That this is correct is shown by an application dated 28 Fed 1633/34 by Mary Jones for a grant of administration dbn on the estate of her father Sir Edward Littleton of Henley, Salop [PCC Act Books]."

I went to the Huntsville, Alabama Public Library, Genealogical Section today, January 02, 2012. Indeed they do have this "PCC Act Books]. It's 'American Wills & Administration in the Prerogative Court of Canterbury, 1610-1857', Compiled by Peter Wilson Coldham.

I asked the librarian about the books the "[PCC Act Books]" might be. She looked on the computer and said "we have it under Reference H929.3." She showed me the books.
I looked in the index for "Jones, Mary" and "Littleton", any Littleton. I found only one Littleton on page 127.

It read as follows:
"Graham, John, of Charles Town, South Carolina, bachelor. Probate to William Littleton. (May 1755)."

Under the index for "Jones, Mary" I found only one reference. It was on page 83. It read as follows:

"Davis, John, of H.M. ship Sea Horse, who died in Boston, New England. Probate to Evan Jones with similar powers reserved to his wife, Mary Jones.(Feb.1725)."

That is all! That's all there was! I have paper copies I made so I could prove it. On the web site I mentioned there was a reference also to the "Shropshire Archaeloogical Society, Series 4, Vol. III, Part 2 (1913), p.307." The librarian looked it up for me and wouldn't you know it, the oldest that exists of that reference here in the good ol' U.S.A. is at the University of Florida. It goes back to the 1920s addition. To get the 1913 you have to go to England. It seems someone went to a great deal of trouble to try and disinherit the Scarborough descendent from there true bloodline.

It seem the book 'Southern Kith and Kin', by by Jewell Davis Scarborough, (C)1957, is probably the most correct.

It reads:
"2. Col. Edmond Scarborough, 1 the second son of Captain Edmond and Hannah Butler Scarborough, came to America with his father. He married Mary Littleton, 2 daughter of Col. Nathaniel Littleton, in England, and patented vast tracts of land in Virginia."

I hope this corrects this mistake someone made accidentally or intentionally.

I wish to correct a spelling error I made in Post 295 A:.
Under reference number (2) I made a misspelling of the title of that Reference Book. I wrote "Plantagent Ancestry". It should have been "Plantagenet Ancestry" by Douglas Richardson. I also left off the '(son)' appellation in front of "Coel I" as indicating him, Coel I, as the son of Penardun and Marius.

Due to the nature of human being, or should I say the propensity for illicit relationships of human beings, it is impossible to prove with 100% certainty before the advent of DNA a true family bloodine. No matter how "Royal" that bloodline may be. One thing about it. A man, before the advent of DNA, could never be sure a child by his wife or mistress was his. A woman always knows a child is hers. Thus the reason the 'Royal' bloodlines of the early Egyptians, Celts, and Hebrews, just to name a few, was held in the female line.

There will always be naysayers to any genealogy, no matter how well researched it might be. I have seen well respected genealogists write books and make obvious mistakes. As time goes on genealogy usually gets better with the advent of more information. But not always. In some cases older records may be more accurate. In some cases the researcher may have known something he or she failed to write down for posterity.

My genealogy on this particular line stands as is. Unless I see something that proves otherwise to me. It is what it is. I will say this; it is at least as accurate, if not more so, than that of Henry Charles Albert David Windsor, Prince of Wales, a.k.a. Prince Harry.

At any rate the chart references on Post 295 A: should have been thus:

Three hedge fund managers from Greenwich Conn. won $254 million in the Powerball.

I guess it's not enough that big business has wrecked the ecomomy of the entire world, except for that of the wealthest 1% - they seem to be doing very well, now they have found a way to game the Lotto. The only thing the 99% thought they had left.

It goes something like this. Big corporations made bad gambles (investments). Now, instead of taking it on the chin like you or I have to, they want the poorer 99% to pay their debts for them. We saw this a few years ago when insurance companies lost a lot of money in the stock market and raised the insurance rates of their customers. The rates are still going up due to them wanting us to foot the bill.

First they decimated the private worker middle class by sending most of their jobs to China, India etc.
Now their going after the public (government) worker middle class. Government workers did traditionally make less money then their private industry counterparts. Now they make more due to the wholesale destruction of the private middle class.

Republican politicians seem to think there isn't any problem that can't be solved by giving the Super-Wealthy 1% more money. Particularly if it comes form the tax coffers of the poor and rapidly disappearing middle class. This while corporations are sitting on very large piles of money. Of course the Republican politicians think that way. These are the people that support their campaigns. The Democrat politicians are almost as crooked. They just pretend to be for the common man/woman when they really want the same things as the Republicans. Thus the rope-a-dope, good cop - bad cop they play on the American people. Thus Obama promises all these great jobs and works projects when he knows he will never have to deliver on them because he and John-boy Boehner already have this political WWF match rigged and how they will play it in front of the public. Obama will propose it. Boehner and his boys will kill it. And Obama will point and say "see, I tried to get you all this good stuff, but these bad ol' Republicans won't let me do it."

60 Minutes recently reported of the corporate stocks politicians are bribed with. Someone else reported the something very similar some years earlier. Now let me see, who was that? Oh, yes! It was me. Do I get any credit? NO!

I suspect someone will steal my theory on Post 293 A: My Theory of Universal Expansion, posted on 01:33:45 11/17/11 Thu., and pass it off as their own. I've gotten used to having my stuff stolen. Anyone can use my work with my permission if they give me credit for my work. Give me my byline, site my work and name.

But, the most emotionally hurtful cut of all was the gaming of the Lotto. It was all we, the common folk, had left. Do you remember the scene from 'How the Grinch stole Christmas' where the Grinch steals the last speck of food too small for a mouse? That speck of food too small for a mouse was the Lotto. That was ours! The scum of the earth couldn't even leave that alone. The whole thing stinks. Almost nobody, but the extremely gullible, belives the public is being served by the politicians, the corporations, Banks, or seeming anything else including religion.

First, a correction. I keep thinking I may have stated Geoffrey of Monmouth's - 'The History of the Kings of Britain' (1136) was the first statement of the existance of King Arthur. But, I cannot find the statement. It may be on post 277 or 276. If I did make such a statement I would have been wrong. Arthur's first appearance in literature was circa 796 in 'Historia Brittonum' by the monk Nennius.

It is interesting to note the Venerable Bede did not mention Arthur in his circa 731 work on the history of England. This even though he had mentioned the seige of Mount Badon. Though I still believe the works of the early writers of the Grail Legend were writing about the Brythonic family rulers of Brittany France.

A theory:
There has been much talk as of late about dark matter, dark energy and the ever expanding universe. I have an affinity for the Bubble Theory of mulit-universes. I purpose the reason everything is still moving outward is because the Bubble Universe from which ours was born is still bleeding into our universe. This, of course, pushes everything outward at an ever expanding rate. And as it gets close to completion or depletion it becomes ever faster.

Political Grippes:
If a politician takes $10,001 from a single contributor he/she is headed for jail. It being over $10,000. But, a corporation can give the same politician $50,000 in stock options and it's legal! This has the added benefit of tieing the politician to the corporation. So if the corporation does well, the politician does well. Doing well in the U.S.A., as it is in Europe, is 3% to 5% growth a year. But, if the corporation moves to China, as General Electric and many others have done, a 10% to 15% growth a year is possible. So, while Democrat politician talk out of the corner of their mouths about how concerned they are about the American working class while at the same time receiving stock options from corporations that have gone or are planning to go overseas. Thus they have no TRUE desire for the corporations to come back or stay in the U.S.. The Republican Politicians are also receving the same stock options and want the corporations to go overseas even faster. Thus their stock is worth even more quicker. They try to put up a smoke screen about how government regulation are what's causing unemployment. In other words the politicians in both parties are not serving the public, just their own greed. They don't want to comment on how the wealthest 1% have increased their wealth by 260% average to 300% in some cases in the past 30 years. That's 8.66% to 10% a years. Where as the average worker is stuck at the pay level that existed in 1996. In other words he's 15 years behind in a pay raise. This while the prices continue to climb. What we are seeing is a game of political Good Cop - Bad Cop. The American public is playing the part of the PERP!

I keep hearing from right-wing friends I have about "welfare." Did you know every household in the nation of Qatar gets a government stipend of $400,000 a year. This is, of course, from oil money. The U.S. Government gives oil companies four billion dollars a year ($4,000,000,000). As if the thirty five billion ($35,000,000,000) they make in a quarter is just not enough! Is it just my guess, or is something really WRONG here!

The Epic of Gilgamesh:
The flood story from the Epic of Atrahasis was added to Table XI in the standard version of the Gilgamesh story.

King Gilamesh, find himself getting old, hears of a man who is immortal named Utnapishtim (Noah). Gilgamesh travels to meet Utnapishtim, to learn the secret of eternal life. Finding Utnapishtim, he tell Gilgamesh he was granted eternal life by the gods for surviving the Great Flood. That it was unique and never to be repeated. To prove the point of his uniqueness Utnapishtim challenges Gilgamesh to stay awake for six days and seven nights. Gilgamesh falls asleep as soon a Utnapishtim finishes speaking. Utnapishtim has his wife bake a loaf of bread for each day Gilgamesh is asleep, so he cannot deny his failure. The point being, Gilgamesh cannot overcome sleep, let-alone death. As Gilgamesh leaves broken-hearted, Utnapishtim's wife ask him to give Gilgamesh a parting gift. He tell Gigamesh of a Boxthorn-like plant at the bottom of the sea that will make Gilgamesh young again. Gigamesh retrieves the plant from the bottom of the sea. But, on his return trip, when he stops to bath the plant is stolen by a serpent that sheds its old skin for a new one as it has been reborn. As Gilgamesh approches his home of Uruk he praises its massive walls as the enduring works of mortal men. The indication being that mortals achieve immortality from lasting works of culture and civilization.

TIAMAT (The Dragon Queen) also Ti'amtum (Sumerian 'ti' life, and 'ama' mother) also known as Mother Hubbur:
She is the primordial goddess of salt water oceans in Babylonian mythology. She mated with the spouse the god Abzu/Apsu/Engur/Engurru, god of fresh water and underground aquifers, to produce the younger gods Mummu, Lahum, Lahamu, Anshar, and Kishar.

Tiamat appears at times as a great serpent or dragon. She is believed in ancient times to have produced all the cosmos. It is indeed Tiamat who is demonized in the Hebrew Old Testament, and not the devil. It is a common occurrence that a new religion will turn the gods of the old religion into demons in the new.

The union of Anshar (male) and Kishar (female) would produce the great Anu/An/Annu the father of the Anunnaki gods, with his wives Antu/Nammu (Lady of the Sky) and Ki/Urash (Earth Mother).

Annu is also known to the Egyptians as Atum, father of the god Shu (the god of Air) and goddess Tefnut (goddess of Water).

In Akkad and Babylonian mythology Anu was the father 'the fiery sons of heaven' or the 'Shining Ones'. Enki/Ea/Lahar, Enlil/Ilu/El Elyon/later Jehovah, and a daughter Nin-khursag/Nin-mah/Ashana.

There were said to be 600 Anunnaki in the Netherworld or Otherworld and 300 in the Heavens. One wonders if this means in outer space or in the air? Could this be the same number of so-called 'Fallen Angels'?

There was a Court of the Most High attended by Jehovah in Psalm 82. "God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods. How long will ye judge unjustly, and accept the persons of the wicked? Selah. Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the needy. Deliver the poor and the needy: rid them out of the hands of the wicked. They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course. In the Babylonian Creation Epic the Enuma Elish Tiamat directs the the creation of Lu Gal or Lullu, Mankind. Ashnan/Nin-khursag and Lahar/Enki are directed to tend the earth. They find the task of tending the earth too great for the Anunnaki alone. From the DNA of Enki/Ea Nin-khursag/Ashana, apparently a genetic engineer, combines it with the ova of females of the "black haired people", that had been created to till the soil, to produce Adama. Adama would have been the first homo sapien sapien.

Tiamat to Enki, "O my son, raise from your bed... Work what is wise. Fashion servants of the gods, ( ) may they produce their doubles."

It is from an Arabic tradition that we get this idea of a serpent as a deceiver. This is the tradition we find in the Judaic Old Testement Bible. This lie has been played out many times. More recently this old lie has been played out in the tales of Harry Potter.

You should notice J.K. Rowling based the idea of Voldemort and and his evil organization of the Nazi party of pre 1945 Germany, which was led by Adolf Hitler. Voldemort's great snake is white. This when every person of the country or rural class knows 98.9% of all snakes are black, brown or green. But, to make the snake black or brown would suggest something else altogether. Voldemort himself is a character who is deathly pale white with almost no nose. As if to be white and have a small or petit nose is a bad thing. It seems perjudice still lives and reigns supreme. It seems it's ok to be prejudice, just as long as you're prejudice against Caucasians!

IN ANCIENT TIMES:
The snake was thought of as the very representative of God. The snake, unlike any other creature with the exception of the scarab beetle (Khepri), would be reborn into a new life, or at least a new skin. The snake was the earliest symbol of what Jesus would much later on come to represent; REBIRTH. Snake skins were found in the burial mounds of Dilmun. They were placed there in hope of the rebirth into a new life for the dead.

The mythological serpent comes in three forms.
(1.)The Dragon, with venom of a fiery quality in Greek it is known as Ladon and is coiled around the tree in garden of the Hesperides protecting the entheogenic golden apples, and in the Norse as Nidhogg Nagar. In Old English: wyrm, Old High Greman: wurm, Old Norse: ormr, also Old English: draca, OHG: trahho, Old Norse: dreki. The Aztec and Toltec serpent god was Quetzalcoatl who also had dragon like wings.

(2.) The Sea serpent, such as the Leviathan or lake creatures such as the Loch Ness Monster.

(3.) The Cosmic serpent, such as the Ourobouros. It forms a ring with its tail in its mouth. It is the symbol of the "All-in-All" ergo infinity, totality and the cyclical nature of the cosmos. Some ancient text refer to the Milky Way as the 'Serpent of Light' that resides in the heavens. In ancient Egypt the self-begetting sun god Atum is said to have ascended from the waters of chaos in the appearance of a great snake. They believed the snake renewed itself every morning. They had hopes of the dead turning into the shape of the snake Sato (son of the earth), the embodiment of Atum.

Jormungandr in Norse mythology is the World or Midgard serpent that encircles the world's ocean abyss biting its own tail and eating from the roots of Yggdrasil, the World Tree, as does Nidhogg Nagar.

Lord Vishnu sleeps while floating on the cosmic waters upon the back of the endless serpent Shesha, in Hindu mythology. In Buddhism there is the great snake king Mucalinda who rose up from beneath the earth when a storm arose, enveloping the Buddha in seven coils for seven days so he would not break his ecstatic state.

In Mayan culture the Vision Serpent is a symbol of rebirth. The serpent is found in the center axis atop the World Tree. It has fueled some cross-Atlantic cultural contexts favored in what some term to be "pseudoarchaeology".

To this end I offer the following. Cihuacoatl (The Lady of the serpent) and Mixcoatl (Cloud Serpent) were the father and mother of Quetzatcoatl. If there is some connection between Egypt and South and Central American Indians might Mixcoatl, as in "Mix" and "coat" have anything to do with Joseph of the Coat of Many Colors? It's just a thought.

Also the Norse carved the head of a Dragon for the bow of their long ships. Might the Dragon or Long Dragon have anything to do with something they saw in the sky? Might it have anything to do with a flying craft such as the one described as a pillar covered with fire and smoke that led Moses (Akhenaten) out of Egypt?

From the earliest times ancient peoples have know the properties of a snakes venom could kill or cure. Ophiuchus was the forgotten or slighted thirteenth symbol of the zodiac, the Snake-Handler. Ophiuchus represents the healer Asclepius. Obvious isn't it; she does not represent "traditional medicine" and she bypasses the pockets of the greedy and the corrupt.

On Post 288 A: I had used the term "title search" when I should have used 'Patent Search.' I have been dealing with vehicles here lately. That does not make the obstacles that have been put in place to anyone wishing to file a patent any less difficult.

I did suspect I would get hit from all sides for daring to tell the truth about golden boy Obama. Who has turned out to be more Republican than some Republicans. He has turned out to be just another "free trader" ("and I'll get on my knees and pray, we don't get fooled again"). He is not who he pretended to be during his campaign. Just as golden boy Bill Clinton sold America down the river to NAFTA and GATT. A program that had been attempted to be pushed through congress by his predecessor George H.W. Bush.

That's why it always makes me laugh when Hillary Clinton say her main objective is to put Americans back to work; this when her husband cost Americans more jobs than any other president in history.

It's just a BIG SHOW put on by actors paid for by the super-rich. If you can't see it then I guess you're just not there, yet!

I HATE wrestling WWF or the political version of it which is now being engaged in by the two political parties within the United States. As is always the case in fake wrestling, the decision as to who wins and who loses has already been decided defore it's ever taken defore the public.

As you have no doubt already seen the high-minded noise Obama made before his election about being against evil programs such as NAFTA; which only greatly enriches the already obscenely rich and cost American working men and women their jobs as they watch them leave for China, India, Peru or South Korea; turned out not be be true!

'In 2008, candidate Barack Obama stated, "I voted against CAFTA, never supported NAFTA, and will not support NAFTA-style trade agreements in the future." President Barack Obama has retreated from that promise, and the administration now backs Bush-era trade agreements with Colombia, Panama, and South Korea. The administration is also negotiating the largest U.S. trade agreement since NAFTA, the so-called TransPacific Partnership (TPP) with a wide range of Pacific nations.' - Global Development And Environment Institute at Tufts University

At the U.S. Chamber of Commerce victory gala the day the Peru FTA was signed into law, Peruvian President Alan Garcia told the room filled with lobbyist for multinational corporations: "Come and open your factories in my country so we can sell your products back to the U.S." (U.S. Chamber Magazine, December 2007)

Early after WWII Japan and Germany set up trade barriers to foreign goods. It has allowed those two countries to become very prosperous while still trading extensively with the rest of the world, particularly the U.S.A. Japanese companies, backed by a large influx of money from their government, dumped T.V.s and cameras on the U.S. market for less than the price it cost them to make knowing it would run U.S. companies out of business. Then the prices went up when they were the only player in the field.

Greedy American billionaires and corporations sought to profit from the poverty in China, India, South Korea, Peru etc. China had a different idea. they allowed these factories to be built in their country, then changed the rules of the game. They enacted Trade Barriers to foreign goods. Only product made in their country by their workers could be sold in their country.

The U.S. put no trade barriers in place as a response. Indeed, they, the "Free Traders", or as I like to call them the "Free Traitors" made in easier to sell Chinese products in the U.S. by giving very large "donations" to U.S. Senators to have what little restrictions that were in place lessoned greatly or abolished completely.

If you remember the lies that were told during the 1980s and 90s to get Americans to back the passage of NAFTA and GATT. People were told 'Americans would move up to higher management positions. American would become entrepreneurs.' They just didn't bother to tell people it would be on the Unemployment Line! Ross Perot told people "If NAFTA passes you're going to hear a giant sucking sound. That's going to be the sound of jobs leaving the United States."

Two-thirds of all blue collor Americans have lost their jobs due to NAFTA, CAFTA and GATT. There have been huge donation to political campaigns from major corporation probably via the government of China. The buying of U.S. Senators and Congressman by foreign governments has been made legal by the U.S. Supreme Court. Which is the Most Traitors thing I have ever seen to happen to the American Public in my fifty two years of life.

Yesterday Barack Obama changed the Patent Law for the first time since 1952. It now allows those who are sneaky, underhanded and thieving enough to steal the the hard work and hard found discoveries of great minds to claim the work as their own if they get to the Patent Office first and file. Geeze, sneaky, underhanded, sounds like a job for a corporation!

No longer can the original inventor come along and discover his/her invention has been stolen and then lay claim to it. Now it belongs to who files first.

Now, Imagine a major corporation puts a mole in the U.S. Patent office. You file for your patent. But, you find a major corporation has filed one hour ahead of you. What are the odds? About the same as a terrorist attack on a U.S. landmark that just happens to give a corporate flunky of a president total power; America's Riechstag!

Before, in the old days (yesterday) the object the rich, through their considerable donations to politicians, had put into place to keep the common man/woman from filing a patent was the more then $20,000 fee for a title search. Who has that kind of money laying around? Certainly not me! Now it's being said out in the open. 'If you can steal it, you can have it!'

There has recently been a computer program created that can identify plagiarized papers and reports. It was recently used in China at major under-grad colleges. It was found that 35% to 40% of the papers were plagiarized (NPR). For somebody such as myself, I wonder how Obama's new 'Patent Law' will affect copy right law? Will my ideas end up in the books of other without one single mention of myself? Oh, right! you uncovered that, did you! And how long did it take you? Oh, as long as it took you to get to my web page.

There are things which could be enacted that could help slow the great sucking sound that is the U.S. jobs going to China.

1. Allow a tax deduction only when businesses employ and buy American.
Section 162 and 212 of the Internal Revenue code allows a deduction against income for ordinary and necessary business expenses.

Section 167 and 179 allow deprecation for business equipment purchase or purchased.

An Amendment: Any expenditure for goods and services located and or produced outside the United States of America shall not be deductable from corporate taxes.

2. Eliminate the foreign tax credit. Section 27A of the Internal Revenue tax code gives a tax credit for taxes paid to a foreign country. It allows large corporations to avoid U.S. taxes by moving factories out of the U.S.A.


There is only one candidate who is willing to do these very things to save what is left of out nation. That candidate is Buddy Roemer. But, I believe he doesn't stand a chance because he's cutting into their money. Thus they will make sure he gets NO media attention. This, of course, since they own the media. My Father was Dave Franklin Jackson of Summerville Georgia; born in the year 1925 or 24. The above Census Record shows clearly unlike family lore that has told of the father of Charles W. Jackson being from Texas, he was actually from Canada and his father was from England.
As is always the case in Genealogy, the search will continue.

This paternal line is Y-DNA R1b1b2, which is what I have been tested as being at Family Tree DNA.

If one compares the spelling of of the surname "Praeriis" found in the book 'Anglo-Norman Families' by David L. Douglas, Lewis C. Loyd, The Harleian Society, Leeds, 1951.,(also found in Post 285 A), and the spelling of the surname "Pirariis" as in William and Henry de Pirariis, 1174, found in the book 'The Norman People', (also found in Post 230 A), on page 396, one might find a great similarity as if they are one and the same family.

One might also reference Post 253 A: "Le Sir de Praeres (Prous).

To Wit: "In 1174 Henry de Pirariis, or Perers, had a dispute regarding lands at Saxby with William de Pirariis (Nicholls, Leic. ii. 308); which implies that the family had long been seated there. This William de Perers of Saxby appears to be the same who is mentioned in Normandy as 'William Sakespee' in 1195, 1198; and in 1202 Nicholas de Saxeby paid money to the Crown in Warwick and Leicester in behalf of the same William de Saxeby , his brother (Rot. Canc.)." - 'The Norman People, Genealogical Publishing Co., Inc.' part of page 396; subject of this small portion of this book 'The Family Shakspeare'.

A Correction of Post 283 A:, My Jackson Genealogy.
After a trip to the Huntsville Public Library genealogical section I can report I have not connection to Abner Jackson or his descendent line. I have had one heck of a time trying to locate Charles Franklin Jackson's records. The only record found is a Delayed Certificate Of Birth for Charles William Jackson (1893) done 27 April 1945. It Lists C.F. Jackson as his father and Susie Osborne as his mother, both from Louisiana. The closest I have come to locating a possible father of C.F. Jackson is a William E. Jackson with wife Hester Copeland of Texas.

From The Book: 'ANGLO-NORMAN FAMILIES'
"PRAERES

Before the separation of England and Normandy Hasculf de Praeres held land in Adderbury, co. Oxford, and in Chyngton (in Seaford), Sussex.(1) In the Register of Philip Augustus, 1204-1208, John de Livet and Hasculf de Praeriis each held a quarter of a fee in the bailiwick of the castle of Vire (2); and in the Register of 1212-20 they held together half of a fee 'apud Praerias.'(3)

Farrer has given several notes on members of the family, primarily in connexion with its tenure of Ulceby co. Lincoln, of the earl of Chester.(4) Presles, which occurs as 'Praelliae' in 1198 and as 'Praeriae' in 1269,(5) lies 9 kil. NE of Vire, an important possession of the earls of Chester." By David L. It seems Farrer (Ferrer/Ferrieres) is connected to the family Praeres (Perrier/Purrier/Puryer/Puryear). Which seems to be likely the poorer side of the same family. I believe there is the possibility they are both descended from Walchelin (William).

I have also been considering a theory of mine I have not yet worked out. I have been considering Maud Indelrica, a Saxon Princess, may have had three children: (1) William de Ferrers/ William de Perers/ William de Praers/ William Peverel via the father William the Bastard (Conqueror). (2) Henry de Ferrers/ Henry de Perers/ Henry de Praers via the father Walchelin. (3) Ranulph Peverel the 2nd via the father Ranulph Peverell the 1st.

Line of descent of John de Perers, died abt. 1315:

William de Perers, abt. 1205-1265
Simon de Perers, abt. 1230-1290, wife Margery.

My math was off on my last post.
If this Frank Jackson is my ancestor Charles Franklin Jackson he would have been 1/4 Black and 1/4 Indian. This would have made his son Charles William 1/8 Black and 1/8 Indian. It would have made my father Dave Franklin 1/16 Black and 1/16 Indian. My self would be 1/32 Black and 1/32 Indian. If this is my ancestor, of course.

Well, as I sit here I wonder about the state of the world. The problems are so simple it's mind boggling. However, what makes things difficult is people such a conservative think-tank gurus such as one I saw on CSPAN much earlier today. A caller called in a said "there are an finite number of jobs in the U.S." This think-tank moron says "no there's not."

There is a finite number of jobs because there is a finite number of people and a finite number of employers. As a matter of fact there is a much less number of employers now then there was twenty years ago due to NAFTA and GATT. This was Bill Clinton and Al Gore's baby. It was almost pushed through Congress by George H.W. Bush before Clinton. George couldn't get it through so Bill, the stalking-horse for the Republicans, pushed it through for them.

The caller went on to intelligently state that the reason jobs are hard to find is because there are to few jobs because so many have been taken out of the United States and fewer jobs and too many people was the new reality. The moron being interviewed on CSPAN said "no, it's not." He suggested the problem was because there is too many regulations on business in the U.S.

It's interesting to watch an average, sane person say, "the grass is green." Then watch a stooge working for big corporations say, "no it's not, the grass is blue."

This is the big business answer to everything. It's always "Give us more freedom to mess-up things worse then we already have." The reason we are in this mess was because of de-regulation under George W. Bush.

Corporation ran to China during Clinton and George W.s administrations. George W. waved a flag and called the American business exodus to China, India and South Korea and the unemployment of American Workers patriotic. After 9/11 he called anyone who disagreed with his policies a traitor. That's odd, it would seem to me these business leaving U.S. shores are traitors. But that's just me, and what do I know?

In the late 1960s or early 1970s China played the 'MAD MAN CARD.' If there's a weapon that exists, the person who is willing to use it in the most extreme measure emerges the winner. China's Deng Xiaoping made a vailed threat to the west. That China was so broke they were going to have to start selling nuke weapons technology to third world nation and terrorist nut jobs. The wealthy in the west, which included politicians, peed their panties. They said "ho no, don't do that! We'll help you." Then they realized if they moved U.S. business to China they could avoid U.S. taxes and pollution controls, also workers right issues.

Which brings up the question. If China was so broke, where did they get money to loan to anybody, let alone how many billions they supposedly have loaned to the U.S.? The simple truth is business wanted to expand. They would have told the public that they borrowed the money from leprechauns in a hollow tree in Ireland if they could have gotten away with it. But, China seemed more believable. In truth it was a sham. It was just money on paper only in the beginning. Business grew at 10% to 15% a year which is phenomenal considering business growth in good time is only 3% to 5% a year average.

Thus what was had was a business bubble. And, as all bubbles do, they eventually burst.

Well, as I predicted Obama caved in and gave the Republicans 98% of what they wanted. The Rich, corporate insiders, will pay not one cent more in taxes. Yesterday I found a notepad where I had joted down a post I was working on several years ago. It was a rant of mine about $106,000,000,000 (106 Billion) dollars being cut from the tax burdon of the wealthiest 1% of U.S. citizens. The tax burdon would then have to be taken up and paid by the Middle class. The same thing is still going on. The Rich get richer and the middle class become the poor.

Everyone has the same suspicion. We all have this suspicion that there is this 'Star Chamber' made up of the wealthiest one tenth of one percent (.01%) that interviews new congressional and possibly Presidential candidates. All candidates, Republican and Democratic. Their main focus is whether, when push comes to shove, the candidate will support the cause of business and especially the extremely Rich. If the answer is 'YES' they get money to run their campaign.
You've heard it before, "I'm going to make you a proposition you can't refuse."

Thus what we end up with is a show in Congress, Capital Hill and the White House. It's nothing more then political WWF wrestling. It's a show, paid for by the wealthy. Thus the vote becomes a scam as does truth, justice, and freedom of every United States citizen. They keep small minds busy with flag buring, gay rights, Casey Anthony, and whatever weapons of mass distraction they can drum up. One can't even watch CNN and get any real news. Before long there will be computer animated news castors allowing them, the wealthy, to control the news in it's entirety. The American public is being made into slaves.

The wealthy have also decided they have the right to patent (own) certain, if not all, human DNAs. And the Supreme Court has allowed them to do this. To say someone else owns any part of a human being is to permit slavery. Thus the highest court in the land is allowing corporations to commit slavery. If they say they own your DNA it's the same thing as saying THEY OWN YOU. Get my point!

It seems Jonh Boehner and Pres. Obama are at odds over the budget debate. But appearances can be deceiving. I believe what is happening is a show for the general public. I believe the main focus of this whole thing is to possibly put the public in a panic mode. Or at least to represent to the public that the government is in a panic mode.

They are hoping the public will buy this crap when the public sees their Social Security and Medicare reduced by 7%. You will also notice that Big Business will end up paying not one penny extra in taxes. No wonder General Electric made thirty billion ($30,000,000,000) dollars and paid not one penny in tax!

As George Carlin said, "The rich have all of the money, do none of the work, pay none of the taxes. The middle class do all of the work, pay all of the taxes. The poor are there jut to scare the shit out of the middle class, keep them showing up at those jobs... And their coming after your Socail Security to, and their going to get it!"

So there you have it. This whole thing is cooked up to steal a part of your Social Security. It is WWF Wrestling political Style at its best. If they can get this little bit they wont stop there. They'll keep going and going until they have it all and there will be NO Social Security. But, you will still have to pay it. So when do the corporate traitors to the U.S.A. who ran to China have to start paying? NEVER!

Oh, but it will hurt business and job creation! Where? In China? Or India? Or Mexico? Because that's where they bastards ran to!

It is rather obvious that the character of Gorboduc, king of Britain is a combination of the names of Budic I, Count of Cornouailles and his Guegon, son of Periou.

The linage of the Grail story goes thusly:
Utherpendragon, father of Arthur, whose nephew is Gawain.
I have been wondering if Guegon is the actually Gawain, Gwgon and or Gwron (Bron?). Thus is Periou, father of Guegon, actually Perceval, Parzival, Peredur and Peri-dur. Is Periou also Roi Perdu, meaning the "Lost King?" Is he also thus Rio Thomas, or Rio Thomas Peri-dur or; Rio Thomas Periou - Roi Perdu? In such Budic I, becomes King Arthur. Diles, Count de Cornouailles thus becomes Utherpendragon.

The names Geoffrey of Monmouth uses are so common to this family, such as the use of Judon, it could be no one else but this family group, my ancestors.
