Spidey wins the fight.

Here's why:
1. Spidey's on home turf.
2. No (Bat)man can stand against anyone with super powers without more prep time than Batman would get in this fight.
3. Batman doesn't sleep well when away from home. I mean, who among us does ? Jet-lag, unfamiliar bed, etc.
4. Batman can't armour his jaw due to costume constraints and that's exactly where Spidey lands most of the punches he throws.

Now, before you Batman fanatics get all over my case, I would like to further point out that in the presence of a second fight, I suspect that Batman would win it. He would learn from his mistakes the first time around, he would prepare his belt better and he would have a more intimate knowledge of what Spidey can do and would have what he needs to counter-act those powers. Also, he would likely have someone waiting in the wings, such as NightWing or Robin or any of his other cadre of comrades ready to strike at Spidey from a second or even third angle in order to defeat him. Such as the way that Batman was able to defeat Superman. Using his friends in a coordinated attack with a single goal in mind. Victory.

That being said, plus the fact that this fight was due to a misunderstanding, there likely wouldn't be a second fight.

Spidey, after having beaten Batman would recognize the costume for whom it belongs to and respect that he was also a costumed adventurer who seeks to aid the populace at large against those eveil doers who seek to harm it.

He would either rouse Batman from his unconsciousness or leave a brief note of apology for breaking his jaw near the body of Batman and seek out the true perpetrator of the explosion.

Batman would understand the mistake that he was also willing to partake in and recognize that while Spider-man had the best of intentions that he should later be prepared in the event of Spider-man turning sides against justice and right. He would leave with a slight problem chewing solid food and a healthy respect for those who don't look too threatening, but can pack more of a punch than what seems likely at first glance. He would also respect that Spidey didn't unmask him and let bygones be bygones so long as Spidey doesn't become the bad guy himself.

The End.

Note: Marvel and DC have done crossover comics before, but a meeting betwixt Spidey and Batman would be unlikely.
