That's way cool! Wish I had known in advance, so I could have tuned in. I had tried Atkins in the past. It works great. I lost 40 pounds in a few months; however, I had a very hard time staying on it. I am a carbohydrate addict who can not live without pasta or dessert. I knew I was toast when the baked potatoes in the restaurants started looking better to me than the steak. I was still okay until I started to have just a little of the carbs. And, before long, I was packing the weight back on. Gained it all back and then some.

Now, I eat what I like when I want. I avoid excessive fat content if at all possible but still have at least one dessert every day. I eat smaller portions and more often throughout the day. I drink a lot of water. And, I keep my =body in motion=, instead of just my fingers. 44 pounds and counting. I will have my old body back. I will achieve my goal. I am not on a diet. I am on a live-it. (c:
