Subject: Damned ICQ bastards!! (Help me)

I was in the process of putting in a new Hard Drive today and reloading my system from scratch. I'm still working at it now.

I went to download ICQ 2000b which I had only just begun to get used to and the swines at Mirabilis have supplanted ICQ 2000b with ICQ 2001b ... A beta build that will NOT work on my system. Despite that my system isn't fully loaded down. There's nothing on my computer to interfere, but the POS from AOL won't finish loading properly and let me online.

I don't have a copy of ICQ 2000b anymore and needed it to get up and running and the ICQ servers won't let me downgrade to ICQ 98a Beta again to even be able to get online to talk to anyone about maybe finding a copy of ICQ 2000b fomr someone else.

My email is available via Mugs if you have a copy and are willing to ship it to me.
