The bestest way to cook fries.

Pre-heat the oil for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Dip the frozen fries after the pre-heat and let cook for 6 minutes.
After the 6 minute cooking, break apart the fries with the basket tool and let sit another two minutes.
Raise basket, drain excess oil, salt and serve.

****** CAUTION: Fries are scathingly hot. Mouth burns last a while, so let the fries cool a bit before ravenous consumption. ******
This process works bestest with Cavendish FlavourCrisp Crispy Coated restaurant style fried potatoes.
