Subject: Elizabeth Binkle -- I need help!!!

Hello! What a good name for the situation I'm up against -- a brick wall!
I have very little info on my great-great-grandma, and have come up empty in every search.
The info I have is that she was born Jan. 4, 1852. She married my great-great grandpa, August Herchenratter (when?), and then remarried after his death, in 1910. She married a man with the surname of Lempke/Lembke, but I don't know his first name.
All of this took place in Ontario, Canada. At least some was in Waterloo County, however, I don't know where Elizabeth and her new husband ended up (I haven't been able to find out where they were buried). Grandpa August was buried in Mount Hope, Waterloo, and Elizabeth's name is mentioned on the OCFA. However, I didn't see a tombstone for her (and she isn't on August's). I think at one time, she meant to be buried with August, but then she remarried. I would think she'd be buried with Lempke/Lembke.
If anyone can shed some light on this, I would be very, very grateful!!!

Sincerely,
Kate Turner
