Somehow though, it didn't bother her - she didn't mind not knowing and was drawn by the idea that one day she might get to know. "Well thanks..." She smiled at that, and leaned sideways against his chest, her forehead touching his chin before she pressed her lips to his jaw and then sat up a little again. It was late, but she wasn't tired - used to being up at night and sleeping in through the morning. It just worked for her.

  • He ran on his own schedule, sometimes he would want to be up during the day and sometimes he wouldn't, just kind of depended on how he was feeling that day. At the moment, he was content to be a night owl, since he was taking his self appointed role as her guardian pretty seriously. He knew he wasn't much as far as company went, he wasn't big into words and he kinda wondered if she was bored but then shrugged it off. He trusted that if she was bored, she would, leaving simple as that.
