Subject: He grabbed his jacket on the way out and placed it over her shoulders, guiding the way out of the packed bar efficiantly. His hand remained on her lower back as they exited and made their way to the sidewalk - quiet until they were away from the loud music and energy coming from the bar. "I could hardly breathe in there without inhaling half a cigarette." He stated once they were in the quiet, raising a brow and looking over to her as if to question her motives for being in such a place in the condition she was in.
In reply to: Armani 's message, "
These fuckin' walls must be talkin'
Cause man I can hear 'em
They're sayin' you got one more chance to do right
And it's tonight.

  • She felt her gut constrict a little bit but then let out a breath, crossing her arms over her stomach a bit protectively, she felt, in the stark quiet of the night, her ears still ringing from the loud music, that he was implying that she didn't care about the well being of the child growing in her at all. Maybe that wasn't how he meant it but she was getting tired and hormones were flaring up, and though she had been trying her very best to have a life, and be an individual and everything, she broke down once in a while. She bit her lower lip sheepishly and looked up at him with her dark eyes shining with impending tears. It was probably a good idea not to argue right now, or try to make up excuses.
