Subject: That did set some things at ease in her mind - she wasn't into making guys cheat, no matter what kind of persona she tossed around at the house. A smile crossed her face as she thought about what he had said. "You should get a dog, I always wanted a dog, never been in a place where I could have one though. I think I would get something that looks mean, but is really a big baby, like a pitbull or rottweiler or something..." She shrugged a touch, a little wistful. She would love to have a puppy but again, not exactly led the kind of life to bring a dog along with her. She noted him checking his watch, her brow furrowed. "Am I keeping you?"

Yet I still pretend
I can't remember how this got started

  • "I just want to make sure I would have enough time for it..." He commented after her suggestion, smiling slightly - he worked a lot, and a puppy in his chaotic apartment would probably be a dicey situation. It was tempting though. He could use a little loyal company. "No, no, not at all..." He frowned a little, tone almost apologetic - that had been rude, and he was trying to subtly encourage her, not the opposite.
