Subject: "She seems nicer, you go for the nice girls huh?" She questioned, looking up at him curiously. "Girl next door types?" She sounded almost bitter at that but she pushed that away, shifting a touch to grab her water but not leaving the tight embrace his arm was offering. She wasn't sure why she was playing this game with him, maybe just because it helped her learn a touch more about him and his tastes and whatnot.

  • "Not really." He stated honestly and shrugged a little, leaning back against the bar but still holding her close to him, his arm dropping a little so that his fingers could run the length of her shoulders. She didn't seem anything like the girl-next-door, and she had been his most memorable companion by far. "I don't know what to tell you, Lysia." Some girls just did the trick for him - and others didn't. It wasn't like he was looking for a life partner. (NT) -- Travis, Mon, Jun 13 2005, 10:02pm PDT
