• "I come here to sit, and drink, yeah. That's pretty much it." He stated with a slight shrug and an almost sheepish smirk. He didn't really know how else to explain it. That was the truth. If he couldn't identify with other people, every once in a while he just needed to be surrounded by them in a situation that had nothing to do with his job. So it may not make sense to her, but he wasn't too sure how to explain it to make sense. Her eyes went back to the dancefloor before she stood up and stretched her arms over her head. She got so antsy so easily and, as stimulating as his conversation was, it was hard to keep her attention for any length of time. She was always moving, tapping, wiggling, it had gotten her scolded by her mother all the time when she was alive - especially during church she would get so bored and wiggle and her mother would take her out in the hallway and scold her and then let her run around the parking lot to get her energy out... She spent a few songs on the dancefloor before a girl beckoned her over and she spent a few minutes chatting with her. • Her brief touch was enough to reassure him, and he offered a final smile and a bit of a nod before she left. As she danced, he only glanced back every once in awhile to check on her - he had her beautiful image burned in her mind already and didn't need a reminder if it meant he would look just like every one of the other men there ogling over her. When she returned, he had a fresh, cold water waiting for her and a just refilled scotch in hand, and the corners of his lips were turned up in the hint of a smile. "And she returns..." It took her a moment before she leaned over closer to him so that she could see and direct his eyes better, her shoulder resting against his. "There, her over in the corner." There was a dark haired girl, greek maybed, with olive features and long black hair, not quite as dark as Lysia's but close. She was wearing jeans that were torn at the knee's and up on her thigh, though nothing revealing just stylish and a white halter top that complimented her body and her skin tone. • As she leaned in, his arm raised to hook around her neck just for the heck of it. His eyes followed her direction and took in the dark-haired girl for a long moment before his head tipped back a little and he finally gave his verdict. "I'd like to paint her." That was a compliment for sure, but far different than admitting that he found her attractive - which he did - and wanted to sleep with her or just spend some time with her - which he didn't really. She indicated towards another tall girl, also with dark hair but she was more exotic looking, maybe brazilian. Her eyes were lined and made up in a smokey appeal and she just looked like walking sex - confident that she had every mans eyes on her. He pushed away her money gently and tossed down enough to cover both of their tabs before shifting slowly off his stool - downing his final drink and nodding a goodbye to the bartender. He slowly pulled his zip-up hoodie back on and then looked to her uncertainly, a brow cocked. "You need a ride home?" Sure, he had been clear in his rule that one-night-stands didn't turn into two- and three-night-stands, but he wasn't heartless... "Well if you don't have any rules, you wouldn't be breaking them...right?" She questioned, her hand sliding over the smooth muscle that she knew was hiding beneath the tee and the hoodie. "I'm not ready to go home and I am pretty sure your not to tired..." She smirked lighyly, almost coyly as she gazed at him. "You can't tell me you haven't been thinking about the other night, Travis." Her other hand shifted, brushing back her hair before she reached up and pressed a kiss to his neck, a place she had discovered he reacted strongly too. "This more your type?" • Something about her scared him as much as it intrigued him, and try as he might to resist the pull he felt, he just couldn't. A low breath slipping from his lips, he hesitated a moment, but then dipped his head to kiss the side of her mouth, and then caught her lower lip between his to suck softly for a moment. When he drew back, a hand moved to the small of her back and he started to guide her in the direction of the exit, despite the warning bells ringing in his mind. "Right."
