Subject: The resume was positively littered with references to clubs round and about - of course, if he called them up, there would be someone to say a good word about her - there were one too many under-the-table dealers that owed the department a favor here and there. "Uhh, I worked at Sparx last - the customers were real pushy and I was bussing tables, so I left.. before that, I mixed drinks at Illusions, that's a fairly new place as well.." She listed off another couple of bars that were found on the resume. "I go to school in the daytime to finish my masters in art therapy."

  • $She had an amazing resume...almost too good to be true. Yes he was suspicious about everything, but he had to, it was the way he lived his life.$ "Impressive. Come, I can give you an interview now."$He turned and began to walk towards an empty table for two at the back of the club, a little away from prying eyes, and quieter. He didn't even look to see if she was following him, only assumed that she would.$ (NT) -- Adrien, Fri, Jan 16 2004, 11:06am PST
