Here's my lil answers for you an all! :
1. Do you enjoy playing at JBTH? Why or why not?
Absolutely! I love playing here because it keeps my interest, and I like to write and love horses, so it seems to be a good mix for me. It's hard to explain... sorry that's not a very good answer.
2. What first caught your eye about JBTH? What made you want to play?
The first thing that caught my eye about JBTH was the huge amounts of characters and players. Everything was so busy and active. There was almost always someone in the meadow and if you posted something other people replied like lightning.
3. Has that attraction dimmed? Has JBTH lost the spark that first got you interested?
I wouldn't really say that it's lost its spark, more like everyone lost their enthusiasm. Things are a lot slower, but they're still going.
4. Why do you think JBTH has lost so many members? Is there a way to fix this problem, in your opinion?
I think that maybe the loss of members might have been caused by so many just running out of time as schooling becomes more intense and others lose interest due to their age. Perhaps what needs to be done is try to make JBTH appeal to the younger generation, the ones who haven't found this sort of thing yet. If you think about it, RPGs are kind of exclusive to those who already know about them. If we try, maybe we can get the word out to those younger than us.
5. What boards do you visit on a regular basis? What boards don't you use at all?
I use the mmb, the joining board, and my herd boards. I don't use the members boards or herd boards that I'm not a part of (of course...).
6. What is, in your opinon, the worst thing about JBTH?
I think the worst thing about JBTH is that as new players come into the game it seems as if everybody knows each other and you might get a little left out. Everyone is so tight knit that maybe it's a bit too much. It always seems that the experienced players are RPing with the experienced players. I know that's normal, but I wish there was a little more interaction between everyone.
7. What is the best thing about JBTH?
The best thing about JBTH is that everyone is so friendly once you kind of get your characters going. Also, nobody's afraid to help out in OOC situations or give a little constructive critisism. Everyone here seems to know exactly how to make everything balance out perfectly.
8. Do you think everyone has a part in reviving JBTH? Should JBTH even be revived?
Absolutely, to both questions! Everyone needs to help so that they might feel that JBTH is theirs too and keep them attached to this game. It needs to be revived because it's such a great game that it would be a shame to lose it!!!
9. Please say one nice thing about JBTH. Do I have your permission to quote you on that? [I'd like to use real opinions whilst advertising. I think they make JBTH seem more real.]
JBTH is such a great place, I don't ever want to leave! My parents are always getting mad at me because I'm always here instead of doing homework. :) (you have permission to quote me, but I don't think you'd want to... hehe)
10. Any other comments, suggestions, anything you want to say?
Nope... I think that's about it!!! :)
