First of all, I want you to be brutally honest. Say what's on your mind. I might take offense, but I won't yell at you, I promise. However, if you have a critisizm to make, please back it up with something constructive. Tell me why you feel that way, and what I can do to fix it. Please answer all the questions as fully as you can. [And yes, I know everything here sounds really corny, but I really need to know this stuff. I'm trying my best to keep JBTH strong. Please help.]
1. Do you enjoy playing at JBTH? Why or why not?
2. What first caught your eye about JBTH? What made you want to play?
3. Has that attraction dimmed? Has JBTH lost the spark that first got you interested?
4. Why do you think JBTH has lost so many members? Is there a way to fix this problem, in your opinion?
5. What boards do you visit on a regular basis? What boards don't you use at all?
6. What is, in your opinon, the worst thing about JBTH?
7. What is the best thing about JBTH?
8. Do you think everyone has a part in reviving JBTH? Should JBTH even be revived?
9. Please say one nice thing about JBTH. Do I have your permission to quote you on that? [I'd like to use real opinions whilst advertising. I think they make JBTH seem more real.]
10. Any other comments, suggestions, anything you want to say?
Thank you very much for answering these questions. I'm really going to try and rebuild this place. But as I've said time and time again, I can't do it without your help. Be more active, visit other boards. Even if you already have a herd, talk to people on the mmb. There is no law saying that you can only talk to the horses you live with. One great thing about JBTH is everyone used to have tons of friends, all the characters were so outgoing and they knew tons of other horses. I really think that if the characters know lots of other characters, the players will begin to rebuild the tight web of friendship we once had here. I know that JBTH will never be able to reach it's true potential again, but if we don't at least try, we're denying the glory of it all. I don't want to remember hating myself for not trying to help this place. I want to remember the golden coat of paint this place once had.
