How I wish I had seen this thread before! I was in Australia on holiday just a month ago!

Canberra wasn't on the agenda, though. I visited Sydney, Melbourne, Uluru (WOW is that place burning with ancient energy!) and a tiny little town in the Outback called Quambone.

It was a great trip, but I was rushing around so much I never really rested.

Good luck in your search, it's a wonderful country and I'd hate to think of anyone feeling alone there.
