wow...u do sound busy girl! (ok i am tired now just imagining it!) But busy can be good 2, huh?

I know what u mean about sometimes feeling like you 'should' be doing full out spells and circle casting and all the bells and whistles. But i find it futile to "should" on myself. I am constantly using visualization, breathing techniques, directing energies and thought forms and attempting to live in harmony with the universe. This last one really gets me in the details since i am not as conscientious about recycling and other environment-friendly commitments. But i definitely live it in the empathy/nurturance of the creatures I encounter and live with. So maybe my over-the-top attempts to save and nurture every little life-form balances out with my being "less-than" in terms of the recycling thing.

You will still do all the formal ritual and spell stuff, but i think it is confining and unnneedful to be guilty or feeling bad about not doing it all the time. To be able to continually and instantly surround oneself with positive energy and protection is a far greater life-skill than calling the quarters with grand wording. balance. For now, be kind to yourself and enjoy the wave of motion you are on.
