Yes, sometimes the feeling like one 'should' be doing full out spells and circle casting.....can make one feel guilty and whatever. But I try and look at it this way, not everything needs that type of work. You basically do what is needed....and nothing more. Some things you just dont have time to go all out....like when an accident is about to happen and you have maybe half a minute, lol. there's been times I've had to 'wing it" due to time, but that dosnt make it any less. You do the full blown stuff when there is sufficent time and need for it though. There's also places where it may be difficult to do a full cerimonial ritual, and one less obvious is required. It's all good, if you know what your doing.

And yeh, when you've got that flow going the best thing to do is to go with the flow! There will be time for other things, other ways later. It's all within the cycle of things.
