Hello dear friends!

Hows it all going? i've just returned from a 4month work trip to Mexico and have returned to find they've deleted my email account....oops!! oh well! I do apologise if anyone has been trying to contact, please dont think i was rude in not replying. Anyway, as soon as I sort out a new one I Will let you know. (I could have re-activated the old one, but there was too much junk going through there anyway!)

Anyway, I have returned feeling very positive about life and such like and i'm hoping to broadcast some of those good feelings out to you all! Are you feeling them... are ya??? :)

My sister has just had a little girl called Kira, gorgeous! And we're maybe looking at starting a family ourself at the end of summer!!
