your name looks very familiar. Glad to see you here! Life can get hectic at times, and sometimes seems to spiral out of control...One thing that I am doing to get back into routine of things is to leave some "white space" on my calendar. Yeh a space where NOTHING is schedualed, and claim it as me time. Making an apt with oneself is for a time to do what you want/need to do for you, something that makes you smile. See, this is one of the things that we (as humans) seem to part with too easy when things get busy, yet it is one of the things we need to help keep our ballance and energy flowing. Just my thoughts on it though.

I'm working on getting reorganized and resetting some priorities so I have more time for studies and such. I have been checking in here every so often as part of that.

Hope to hear from you again! And if you have questions feel free to ask...we are around although sometimes rather quiet.
