Yes, I remember you and glad to see you back again.

There are times when the mundane world does get hectic and times when there is nothing much we can do but ride it out. Life tends to go in cycles. If you are in a busy cycle it is tempting to think that we will get some time later on to practice and find time to worship and devote to our spiritual side. But later never seems to come. i agree with Crystal about scheduling in time, however there are also times when life won't even give us that option like when we must care for sick family or we have other unyielding demands on us. I have found that I can work in a lot of spiritual focus and even magickal practice into my day to day life without missing a beat. So much of what we do is mental and visualizing and working with breathing and common natural things we do and things we use.

You can make your daily shower or bath into a cleansing and meditative time. You can practice visualizations and energy raising while standing in a checkout line or waiting at a traffic light. you can use spices and herbs in your meal preparation that you imbue with positive purpose. There is much to be said for the simple. and much power in being able to conjure at the drop of a hat with nothing for props other than a clear focus and positive energy. When you have time and opportunity for using all the props and pull out all the stops with ritual then you can enjoy that whole experience. But i look at practicing wicca like eating sleeping and breathing. Sometimes you make an elaborate affair out of a meal...other times you just grab a quick bite. But you don't go days without eating, or sleeping just because you are busy.

Don't be afraid to let go of some of the rigid ideas and use your visulaization and breathing and encorporate your wiccan practice into your day to day life. You can raise a powerful circle by breathing and visulaizing. You can make ritual and magick with these as well as other very simple things.

Wishing you serenity and more time to indulge all your desires!

Love and light,
Dreemy
