Yeah, tis true, the board isn't hoppin' the past couple of weeks. For those of us in the US we have had 4th of July...plus everyone has had mid-summer solstice celebrations and observances. (I did leave a post asking if anyone wanted to share their mid-summer observances) Typicially, the middle of summer is pretty slow on the forum here...a lot of people take vacations and everyone spends more time out of doors, etc. People with young kids often have their hands full with the kids home from school for the summer and so forth. For myself, I am still struggling with the whole "balance" thing that I previously posted about. I added a bunch of things to my life in the way of reaching out, making new friends, and getting involved in some other time commitments. As could well be predicted the pendulum swung a little too far to that extreme for a while and I am continuing to try to keep the balance with my priorities.

This site and all of you will always continue to be right up there in my priorities. I am sure amny of you feel the same way. I am open to the idea of getting together for chats on msn. the thing that has been most effective in the recent months is when people post here and suggest a time and day that they would like to be available and see who else "bites".
