When I was a teenager i worked at a summer camp one year and came home with some new choice 4-letter words. My mother was appalled but the interesting thing is that my friends didn't think it was cool at all. But it was a habit at that point and earned me some disapproval among my peers (thank goodness!) so it motivatred me to change the habit. The thing that worked was substituting other words. I picked really silly ones and started new trends at my school! LOL! So try substituting other words. Try some really weird ones as they are cute!

hugs!
Dreemy
