I am glad you asked! I do have one rather unconventional way of dealing with worry...besides using your "happy stone", although I debated myself on weather or not to post it, lol. Ahhh, why not. Here it goes!

Take what is making you worry....write it on tissue (toilet?) paper. Yeh, that's right. Put your worry (dirrect it) to that paper to where you feel THAT PAPER IS the worry. Take a deep breath Pause, exhail...envision that worry going to that paper.

Now, You should feel better, calmer...Drop the paper into that water and FLUSH it away! While the water is refilling in the back of the tank, listen to it, relaxing and letting go....You get it. ;) (mini waterfall with every flush?)

Laugh if you must, but this DOES work! That is the basic, with the tissue/tp and a pen for tools. Works in a pinch like when away from home, in a courthouse, at school. Or even at home when there's company and you need to dump a worry. Can add to this if you wish..with candles and such.
