Well, like I said J has one that as I recall involves dried herbs in a bag that she swears by. Mine involves stuff you already have (not in any way to discourage you from getting into herbs... it's just you probably aren't going to have much in your spice cabinet and not a lot of time to delve and aquire right now).

What I put in all of our cars' glove boxes (2 sons included)at the very bottom of all the normal papers and envelopes that everyone keeps in there, is this:

take a plain piece of white paper (for this purpose try to have virgin paper that is not recycled since recycled paper has had many "thoughts" written and printed on it in its former life!) Draw a circle that pretty much uses up the whole paper. Inside the circle with all points touching draw a pentigram. (practice on another sheet at first with an effort to not lift the pencil from the paper as you draw the entire pentagram) then using black ink draw your circle and your pentagram. the pentagram inside the circle is called a pentacle and has many meanings, one of which is for protection. next take a little salt and sprinkle on the paper (another organic thing with protective properties). Fold the paper like you would a business letter in three segments, the bottom third up and top third down. Hold it flat and slide it into a business letter size envelope. Picture (vizualize) the pentacle eminating white-silver radiant light and energy. (Visualize this whenever you happen to think of the paper in your glove box) let out a cleansing breath and breathe in pure enrgy from the universe, blow that breath gently into the envelope, then seal it by licking the envelope. Write on the outside of the envelope, "do not open. do not remove." and put it in your glove box. that's it.

Some people get a stone or a crystal and 'charge' it for protection and hang it from their rear-view mirror. i had a really nice crystal for a long time but to tell you the truth it swung around so much that it was a bit of a distraction driving!!! LOL. So if you go for something like that you will have to get it at just the right lenghth and all so it doesn't swing too much.

I am going to see what I can do to check out the site's sections on basic "charging" and some other rudimental stuff and see what needs up-dating/adding. Last time I tried to load geocities to work on the site our computer wouldn't load the program and i was having a prob with java. Will see if it is behaving now. I want to suggest that you steer clear of doing spells involving words too much at this point (that doesn't apply to writing out your worries or frustrations like in crystal's TP spell) but in so far as constructing written "words of power" it's best to hold off and get more instruction first.

no worries!
Dreemy
