To Whom it may concern,

Although we have always been pleased with the service at Furry-O-City in the past, our most recent experience was lacking. We are used to having the unconquerable knowledge of one Rabid Wolverine and because that particular item was on back order, you apparntly sent us an interim replacement, one Comotose Gerbil. That was the lacking part. I'm not sure if he ever did wake during his time of active duty here. The Information Kiosk was left unmanned on many many occasions. We lived through it albeit uncomfortably.
Considering the possible substitutions that are offered in case of One Rabid Wolverin being on back order again, I would like to suggest that we not be sent an alternative furry creature but be put at the top of the "Needs" list when One Rabid Wolvering becomes available again.
