I'm sure your still fine even if you have put on a couple of pounds! :)

You've got the right attitude, eat healthy (ish) do some moderate exercise (not too vigourous , you dont want to harm yourself), think positive thoughts and give it time! Your body will naturally fluctuate sometimes anyway, im sure it will right itself soon enough.

If your interested however certain things to eat can help cleanse the body and speed up your metabolism, some spices like chilies and Coriander, and most fruit and veg is recommended. (apart from Bananas and advocados)
You could also try treating yourself to a Spa or massage to break down and unwanted lipids (fatty tissue) but drink lots of water to flush out all the toxins.
Hmmm, trying to think of anything else, not sure how i know all this, ive never been trying to lose weight in my life! lol.
Anyway, most of all look after yourself and be happy in yourself!!!
