My body has sneakily put two stones of weight on me that i don't want, I suppose it must have happened when i was asleep, lol! (definitely nothing to do with the amount of chocolate i snuffle, ahem)

I really just want something as a willpower boost, as i'm already going to the gym roughly 5 times a week for an hour each time, and i have a quite healthy attitude to the weight, imagining that Gaia has blessed me with her body, hee hee! Only problem is - there's no escaping it - my clothes don't fit any more:(
