Good to see you back around. Pursuing your education is a very wise step, one you will surely never regret no matter the uphill climb.

A few natural mood elevators to try:

*L-Tyrosine (a natural amino acid that helps one feel "up" and combats lethargy or feeling like you don't want to do anything) this goes hand in hand with eating more lean protein
*SAM-E (a naturally occurring compound but hard for the average human to make large enough amounts in todays typical dietary consumption)
*Relora (helps with stress)
*5-HTP (a form of L-tryptophan)...if you need calming or help sleeping you can also eat turkey as well as complex carbs like whole grains

In general make sure you get enough sleep and take a mutli-vitamin and eat healthy foods, do regular excercise, and surround yourself with positive people as much as posible.

hugs,
Dreemy
