Hi dear friends,
As many of you know we have been riddled with many diversities in the past 1/2 a year, some of which have been devastating. Now, a situation which has been brewing (pardon the pun) has suddenly boiled over. Tomorrow at 10 AM EST, my husband Spell Weever will be facing his ex-wife in court over an increase in child support. He had a half-week notice to travel 6 states away for this court date. He left this morning by car. His boss is not thrilled either about his sudden need for time off after he had to take so much time off to help his sick father this year. The truly abhorent thing about all this is that he never contested or refused to increase the CS amount...but she kept increasing the amount over tha past few months this has been in discussion...she started lying again about all sorts of things that are mind blowing, and now is even demanding that he pay for both children's college education 100%!!! The amazing thing is that Support enforcement (whom she lied to them to get them involved since he never has missed a single payment or fallen short on his obligations)is involved in this whole college $ request, etc. Unreal. Anyways she is asking for 15 times the previous order plus reimbursement for the medical coverage she had (for free from her work) even though he carried better insurance for the past 12 years on both kids, plus the lawyers fees, plus the college $ thing.
As a good father, and good man, he wants to increase the support money (even up to 10 times the current amount!), will offer to pay for %100 of all medical expenses and even carry med. coverage for both kids till age 24!! But he wants not to pay for anything dumb like her duplicating the med coverage in the past, college costs, or her attorney fees since this never should have had to involve lawyers or gone to court if she wasn't being obscenely greedy.
If she gets even 1/3 of what she is asking for we will loose our house, I will need a third job (at a time when my daughter really needs me), and SW will not be able to retire till about age 75. We currently drive two old cars (milage about 120 thou. on each) and do not have $$ for vacations, my daughter's braces, etc. In the state where his ex lives she will be living like a millionare on the kind of money she is requesting, since her cost of living is low there where as ours is very high here.
I did a blocking spell (against negativity and harm) last night, and will do a protection one tonight on the full moon. Then I will do a diminishing of negativity and bane on Monday. We welcome all such additional aide magickally 'an it harm none' (no boomerang or retalitory spells please!). This is truly a desperate situation and we thank you in advance for your help.
