MM everyone, I hope Mabon was as wonderful for you all as it was for me. I had a simple ceremony and spent the evening star gazing though my father in laws new telescope.

The one drawback was my husbands doom and gloom attitude. I'm considering doing a simple Ice Binding to try and stop some of the negativity he seems to thrive on spreading around. I can sheild myself from most of it from years of practice but it's starting to affect our daughter and others around us. Thats more of a problem because I have a harder time when others are involved. I don't want to make him do anything against his will, he's perfectly welcome to feel like that if he wishes I just want him to keep it to himself if he enjoys it so much although I would like to be able to help him not feel that way at all if possible. I intend to write his name and the problem down, put it in a jar of water and freeze it. What do you think? Too simple to work? Any suggestions?
