Sorry y'all, I had a blonde moment, I read a post giving a recipe to relieve cravings and now I cant remember what the subject line was or even who wrote it and I can't find it again. I want to write it down so I can get the ingredients for it. So far the cravings haven't been bad but I wanna be prepared for the worst, I only stopped a couple of days ago and I'm not sure if it's gonna get harder.

So far it's been pretty cool though, I've already noticed that I have more energy, a better appetite and my daughter says I smell good lol I've tried everything under the sun to stop in the past and nothing worked, I wish I had thought of magic in the first place. I know alot of it's willpower of my own but without the positive acts, little spells and prayers I've been doing willpower was never enough before. Being able to point my finger and say "stop smoking" would have been easier but hey, you cant get something for nothing huh? Ya gotta put in a little effort to get results lol
