This sounds wonderful! It is nice to have one to call your own and to not have to rent. Also, there are many many possabilites with it as well. Have seen trailers that's nicer than some homes, and some you couldnt tell the difference from looking at it. Huge potential, and alot of possibilities lie ahead for you with this.

Remember the good feeling you have of it now, as it will help if something gets stressful/frustrating with it though. May all go smoothly with your plans for turning this "house" into your little pad!
