I think that when we are divining we either get information or it is withheld. And yes sometimes the end result is unknown and yet to be determined. But I think the biggest problem any of us have is interpretation. We all bring to the "table" our own preconceived ideas whether we try to clear our minds or not. It is impossible not to have some type of subconscious "take' on the info we recieve. One of the best ways i have found to learn is to write down the question, circumstances and results and what we percieve is the interpretation and the date. we can then later look back to see if our interpretation was right on or off. Usually when I have done this i have found that the results of the divination were not incorrect but my interpretation can often be. The easiest way to have a record of divination results these days is to take a picture with a digital camera, whether of something you are scrying, a rune or tarot reading or tea leaves or whatever.

I have found that when it comes to making decisions divination is most useful to me to confirm that which i already know in my gut. When I get an answer that clicks through the divination then I feel more sure. When I still feel uneasy then I usually don't have enough information or it is going to turn out I won't have to make the decision anyway!

may it all work out for the best!
Dreemy
