A distress signal.

It reached to her from afar, and she immediately snapped to attention. The flames that indicated her other half had sprung mercilessly to life, and she was alarmed. The wind began to push at her back, and urged on, she ran, sky-blue eyes narrowed in concern.

The waterfall continued its roar above the red filly's head and she paused, the wind whipping crazily about, influenced by her own confusion.

"Emblem?" she asked, tentatively, noting the defiant position that both he and the filly by his side held. And After the Rain...what had happened?

Suddenly, half-realization dawned upon her. A filly, unknown to her, but she was standing by her brother's side. Blue-black in color, a yearling like they were.

The wind stilled.

"What is happening?" she calmly intoned. Her voice was held by sinuous bonds of water, struggling to break through and demand. But patience had always been her strength.

Patience would not fail her. Even if it was with herself.
