Maybe instead of having guild members pursue such titles, have potential vassals pursue the items for guild acceptance. Our numbers are really not large enough for a member to be counsul head of a group of one or two. Give a potential vassal a quest to start out? Could make it a little more fun than just giving them stuff and seeing them wander away. A starting challenge, be it items, levels or stats. Give them cash and a goal. Could be different for each incoming applicant. Odd ball items set for char. type and level. We could all decide the items needed and or goals to reach. Might bring a little more Guild unity.
