He's right, I just got some of the specs for 2 engines I am proposing to RPW, that with planning will take until July for me to get. The suggestion is, that if you dont switch to a 5 speed SL tranny, you'll not get much use out of low end or high end spooling from twin turbos. A 5 speed or 6 speed dog box would unleash real potential. This engine David Thomas and I are working to put together is 3.3 liter aluminum d engine with no smoking and potential for and having supercharger grinds. I don't in my opinion think turbo 3000 engine is going to work out without being a money pit,...even an aftermaket garrett bearing turbo, it is going to be work on the The D. I know chargers work on 90 SC Thunderbirds with Auto's. Electronics play a factor in the turbo. I already know my auto shift points suck, because I have to race around Road Atlanta in (2). Go figure.
