You're unlikely to find a set of leather seats for a 94 that is still in nice condition. The rears are generally better because they get used less often, but they also have sunlight coming in on them that causes the stitching to disintegrate. Most parts Diamantes I've seen of this age are like this, and nobody's going to part the seats out of a Diamante that is in nice condition.

You might try getting your existing seats professionally recovered. Classic Soft Trim (http://www.classicsofttrim.com/) does the 94 Diamante; they're one of the companies dealers commonly use to install aftermarket leather in a new car that wasn't fitted with it at the factory. It should cost probably somewhere around $1000 for the aftermarket leather on all seats, but I doubt you'll find second hand rear seats in good condition for much less. The newly installed leather won't have the exact same styling as the old leather, but they should be able to color-match it pretty close to the old interior.

Note: I have no personal experience with Classic Soft Trim and similar companies, just word-of-mouth knowledge.
