Changing the spark plugs is NOT a hard job, but it just takes a bit of patience to get those rear 3 plugs. You can do it with the intake on, but its easier with it removed. I've done it 3 times on my car (200,000 miles and still going) and I would not even consider paying somebody $125 to do that. Good luck!
